"A pleasant surprise! The whole room is smart, you can just call out to 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' and it does everything. The toilet is smart and temperature-controlled, and the shower has great water pressure and is adjustable. Everything is new and super clean. There's even a robot that delivers items to your room. The location is really convenient, very close to the airport, and they offer 24-hour airport transfers. The front desk service is top-notch. Breakfast has a wide variety of options and starts early, which is a bonus for early flights. The bed is large and the bedding is very comfortable – the kind of place you don't want to leave! Overall, everything was excellent, and the price was great too!"

"Very good location near all of the best neighbourhood of Kunming. You can go out of the hotel and walk during 1hour and enjoy the city. Starting at Green Lake Park going through Huanggong east street take a break at Yuying park and Wuhua square watching the Yunnan Monument to the people heroes, visiting the Old town and enjoy the Street food / bakery : rose bagel in Qiangwang street or Namping street / square then watch a movies at Schuncheng shopping center and IMAX theater. The hotel is also clean and well equipped"

"Strongly recommend Gongxili Xijian Hotel for couples visiting Kunming. The Chinese-style courtyard with its white walls and dark tiles is full of ancient charm; you can even rent Hanfu for some great photo ops. The room was spotlessly clean, the mattress was comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet at night. The staff were warm and attentive; the welcome cookies were delicious – the front desk even gave me an extra one, and you can buy them, which is a fantastic deal! Breakfast was varied and tasty. It's located near the subway, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring. We had a wonderfully relaxing and sweet time and will definitely choose this place for our next date."

"The hotel's building has plenty of parking spots in the ground-level lot; as long as you don't arrive too late, you'll likely find a space. The decor is very new, and the hygiene is excellent. I spilled some water on the floor, and when I wiped it with tissue, the paper wasn't even dirty. Both the front desk and room service staff were very good, greeting guests proactively and responding promptly. The only downside is breakfast from 7:30 to 8:00 AM, which is incredibly crowded. You have to share tables, and people cut in line for food. After 8:00 AM, it clears out significantly. This happened two days in a row. I suggest the hotel puts up a sign at the entrance to the breakfast area indicating peak times. Usually, 7:00 to 8:00 AM is less busy at hotels, so since this hotel's peak time is unusual, it would be helpful to advise guests to come at off-peak hours. However, the kitchen staff are exceptionally well-trained; they actively ask guests to queue up and instruct them not to touch the food directly."

"I initially booked one night and liked it so much that I extended my stay for another night. I've been in Kunming for three days, and I've stayed at this Sleeping Beauty Hotel the whole time. The front desk service is excellent; they're very responsive to all requests. The breakfast is delicious, and you can even ask for more if it's not enough. The room is very smart, controlled by an Alexa-like device, and all the commands work perfectly. I'm a light sleeper, and there was no noise at all at night. I genuinely highly recommend everyone stay here. If only I didn't have time constraints, I would have loved to stay longer!"

"The hotel amenities are excellent. The pool is clean and not crowded, and the gym has a full range of equipment. The rooms are tidy and spacious, and Mila provided attentive service. It’s a great choice for relaxation and fitness, making for an overall fantastic experience. As Xiamen locals, we love drinking tea, and the hotel provides plenty of bottled water. Plus, there are robots that deliver takeout to your room. The smart toilets are a particularly nice touch."

"Pros: The hotel environment is excellent, beautifully decorated, and the room overall was good. They provide Yibao bottled water, which is a big plus. The noodle station at breakfast was the best. Parking was convenient. The gym is superb, with a good range of equipment for a hotel of this caliber, located in a separate glass room, which is lovely. Cons: These are minor details that don't overshadow the overall experience. Poor soundproofing seems to be a common issue in similar hotels; I could clearly hear the people in the next room chatting at 2 AM, and doors closing in other rooms made the whole place vibrate; however, this seems to be an inherent architectural problem. Aside from the noodle station, the Chinese and Western breakfast pastries were very ordinary. The shower head leaked, and the power outlet by the desk wasn't working. The service wasn't bad, but all the staff, including the front desk and breakfast attendants, exuded a strong sense of exhaustion and weariness. No one was rude, but it felt like they were overwhelmed by issues, just wanting to settle you quickly and get you out of the way. I suggest the hotel improve staff compensation and avoid overworking their employees!"

The indoor leisure area is clean and tidy, the venue is empty, and children can run and play freely without restraint. Walking the baby is very worry-free. The public area is quiet and tidy, the ground is clean, and the activity space is sufficient. Children can play and play in the lobby and leisure area. The parent-child room we booked has a good experience, the room is spacious, the layout is reasonable, the overall clean and refreshing, the sanitation is very meticulous, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. "Finally checked into this rooftop hotel, and it was an amazing experience! The 25th-floor terrace is perfect for photos, especially for sunrise and sunset – ideal for anyone who loves taking pictures. The room was clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and their service was so thoughtful. Breakfast was a set menu featuring delicious Yunnan specialties. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with no disappointments. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Kunming!"

"The room was decent, but the service was even better. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station and in the city center, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of affordable barbecue and specialty restaurants nearby. It was a pleasant surprise that they used a Maybach for the train station drop-off service."
