"My friend stayed here before and highly recommended it to me! 😄 I booked online and got a great deal. The whole room has a really modern design, and I love the illuminated makeup mirror in the bathroom – it's so bright and clear. The Wi-Fi is super fast, perfect for binge-watching shows! 💃🏼💃🏼 I heard the infinity pool is a popular spot for Instagrammers, so I went to check it out. It wasn't too crowded when I went, and they were even playing music. Swimming, enjoying the view, and just chilling out to some tunes – it was incredibly relaxing! ~~~"

The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"I brought my elders to Macau this time and specifically chose to stay in a Venetian luxury suite. Our family had plenty of space and comfort, and the overall experience was very good. Let me share the booking prices: booking in advance is much more cost-effective. A room including double breakfast was just over 2,000, and without breakfast it was a little over 1,500. We spontaneously added another room of the same type on a weekday, and the price jumped to 3,500. The price difference is significant, so I sincerely recommend everyone to book in advance. Check-in isn't until 3 PM. When we arrived at 1 PM, some rooms were still being cleaned. The staff thoughtfully informed us they would send an SMS notification and helped transport our luggage to the room. The front desk service was meticulous; they proactively offered us a map, and the handsome guy at the reception patiently explained about the rooms, restaurants, and surrounding routes – very nice! The suite layout was excellent, with a split-level design separating the living room and bedroom, offering a spacious 70 square meters. It was very convenient for the elders to move around, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast restaurant had an elegant European style, spacious and grand. The food was a combination of Chinese and Western, with a rich variety. Everyone in the family found something they liked, and they even had my favorite salmon – it was fantastic! Check-out is at 11 AM, which is a bit early, but you can store luggage for free. They can also transfer it to the West Wing lobby's baggage storage, where the airport bus is located, which doesn't affect subsequent travel. Downstairs is the Grand Canal Shoppes, full of Venetian charm, making shopping and dining very convenient. Considering the room type, service, and location, it's very suitable for traveling with elders. Overall, it's highly recommended."

"This is arguably the best value-for-money five-star hotel in Macau. It's even slightly cheaper than the Holiday Inn Express nearby. It's very convenient to get here from both the Qingmao and Gongbei borders, and you can walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. There are also lots of great food options nearby. Facilities: It's a very standard five-star hotel. The decor style is a bit dated but not run-down. The room soundproofing is excellent. The only downside is they don't provide bottled water. Cleanliness: Very good, the housekeeping is thorough. Environment: Good. Service: Good, the staff are all very enthusiastic, and the front desk staff speak standard Mandarin."

"On the first day, I went to check in around 2:30 PM, not realizing it was a bit early. The male receptionist who helped me was quite arrogant, a stark contrast to the friendly female staff I encountered later. I'd suggest more training for him. The cleanliness was okay, but there was a lot of dust in the room—on the mini-bar, in the wardrobe, and on the bed. When I lay down, lint was floating everywhere. However, the hotel views are fantastic, and the location is very convenient. The room facilities are also excellent."

Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau proudly announces that it has become the first hotel in Macau to achieve the prestigious LEED Gold Certification under the LEED for Operations and Maintenance (O+M): Existing Buildings—an internationally recognised milestone awarded by U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). We are the only urban resort in the city, with a large heated outdoor swimming pool surrounded by lush gardens. Our award-winning spa also offers authentic relaxing treatments and private outdoor jacuzzis. Our sports facilities include 3 tennis courts, a fitness and exercise room. For our family guests, KidsCo, the adventure playground keeps the little ones busy.Set in the heart of Macau, near stunning UNESCO world heritage sites, boutique lifestyle hotel Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau offers a window into the city’s culturally rich heritage. The name “Artyzen Grand Lapa” draws inspiration from the prestigious neighbourhoods of Lapa in Lisbon where celebrities reside and as a truly homegrown brand, the hotel celebrates Macau’s remarkable heritage.

"Overall, if you're not planning an itinerary with Casiono, Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau is a highly cost-effective hotel, making it a top choice for family travelers. 1. Location and Transportation: Located on the southeast side of the Macau Peninsula, it's a 5-minute ride on the Sands shuttle bus from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal (where ferries from Hong Kong dock). It's a 25-minute drive from the airport. Neither Artyzen nor Sands offer airport shuttles, only public buses. You'll need to walk about 10 minutes to reach the bus stop, and it costs 6 MOP per person. The hotel is surrounded by numerous museums and restaurants, which is incredibly convenient; I won't list them all. 2. Hotel Amenities and Service: The soft services are excellent. From the doorman to the front desk and the floor attendants, everyone is very enthusiastic, and communication in Chinese is generally seamless. The hardware is of an old-school five-star standard. The swimming pool is fantastic. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and tidy."

The Parisian Macao provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Macau will find that the Parisian Macao is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel offers easy access to Macau International Airport, just 4km away. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with Union Hospital Metro Station within walking distance. With House of Dancing Water, Kids' City and The Parisian Macao all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. Guests of this Macau hotel can make use of the parking facilities. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"This was my first stay at The Parisian Macao. I'd previously stayed at The Venetian and found it huge, but The Parisian is just as big, if not bigger! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the central district of Macau, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Rua da Cunha is also nearby, offering plenty of dining options. The room was clean and tidy, and it offers great value for money. My only minor critique is that the perfume scent throughout the hotel is quite strong; I personally think it could be a bit lighter."

"I'd grudgingly give it a 3.5 out of 5. Let's start with the positives: The location is very convenient, with easy access to the light rail and buses, and it's within walking distance of major hotels. The room itself had all the amenities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. Service was prompt, and issues were resolved reasonably quickly. Now for the deductions: I booked for three nights and had to change rooms three times, which was quite a hassle. The reason? I had specifically requested a quiet room when booking. However, the first night, room 28115, though on a high floor, faced the light rail station and a massive equipment cabinet in a circular roundabout, emitting a low-frequency hum. It was tolerable during the day, but at night, it was so noisy I couldn't sleep (see photo). The next morning, I requested a room change. They gave me room 19098, and the front desk even mentioned that this orientation would be much better and quieter. But, it faced nine huge air conditioning exhaust fans directly below (see photo). The noise level was off the charts; I listened to non-stop noise all night. On the third day, I changed rooms again, re-emphasizing not to give me a room facing large equipment. They gave me room 27107 (see photo), which was identical to 28115, facing the light rail equipment cabinet. I was speechless. I kept changing, only to end up with this, all for over 2,000 per night! My initial assessment is that perhaps Studio City doesn't have any rooms that don't face machinery?! If you want a quiet night's sleep and can't stand low-frequency noise, please be warned! One more thing I need to mention: Near the Audi showroom glass door, there's always a beautiful woman in a red fitted long dress with a white fur shawl (a 'star guest'). On the evening of May 22nd, I asked her how to get to the Galaxy Arena next door. Her attitude was very arrogant. It's actually very close, and I generally knew the direction; I just wanted to confirm if there was a direct, indoor walkway. She responded with an incredulous ”Of course you have to go outside!” as if I'd asked something shocking. When I tried to clarify whether to go left or right, she became very impatient, saying, ”Didn't I just tell you...?” and ”It'll take over half an hour to walk~” In reality, it's about an 800-meter walk, taking 15 minutes. I thought she looked nice, so I went to confirm the route, but I don't know where her sense of superiority came from. Dressed like a 'princess,' she really thinks she is one. If you're standing at the door opening and closing it, are you specifically waiting to serve only the 'princes' in your eyes? Heh."

"This hotel in Lisbon boasts an excellent location, directly across from the bus terminal. It has a shopping center and restaurants, and even a supermarket, though it's not open 24/7. The room was spacious with a bathtub, clean, and the amenities were of good quality. The bed was very comfortable. Our room faced the sea, offering beautiful views of the Macau Tower and Hengqin. The swimming pool on the second floor was large and clean, and the changing rooms had a well-equipped sauna, which was incredibly relaxing. The hotel is also very quiet, as it's separated from the bustling bus station."
