"Facilities: The facilities are excellent, with a bathtub and a small fridge. Soaking in the tub after walking 20,000 steps a day was incredibly relaxing, and you could even watch TV (though the TV programs seemed to repeat; I watched the same news two days in a row). It was a sea-view room, directly facing the Macau Tower, perfect for photos. There's also an infinity pool on the 2nd floor, open at 8 AM. It's great for swimming, taking pictures, and checking in. Just remember to bring your room key card for registration. There are changing rooms and showers, and they provide slippers. The lighting in the morning is fantastic for photos. Environment: The hotel is located inside a mall. There's a slope to get in, but you can avoid it by taking another route: from MGM, there's an underpass that leads directly to the hotel lobby (L floor). If you enter from the slope side, you'll be on the G floor, and you'll need to go down one escalator to check in. The location is close to MGM and Wynn, so you can easily use MGM's shuttle bus. I never needed to use the hotel's shuttle. Service: The front desk staff was very thorough and attentive. A MOP 1000 deposit is required. I had seen on Xiaohongshu (a social media platform) that some people had deductions from their deposit, so I asked the front desk what was chargeable. The deposit refund was quite fast; I checked out at 11 AM and had already received it by the time I wrote this review. The hotel also provides a set of discount coupons. I think they'd be quite a good deal for family trips (or at least for two people), but I was traveling solo so I didn't use them. Both the G-floor exit (next to Pop Mart, where food deliveries are also picked up) and the L-floor exit have staff guiding guests and helping to call taxis. However, I didn't think it was necessary, haha. I took the elevator directly to B2, followed the signs, and asked for directions to MGM (thanks to Xiaohongshu tips) to catch MGM's shuttle bus to the airport. It cost 0 MOP, and the bus ride was about 20 minutes, with two stops at border crossings – very convenient."

The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"Stayed at this hotel 12 years ago, and decided to revisit. I'm impressed by how well the rooms have been renovated and maintained; it's still a great choice. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Rua da Cunha. Plus, there's a Haidilao hotpot on the first floor, and the third floor has a good selection of brands, including Pop Mart, which even carries items that are sold out in mainland China."

"The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and views are all top-notch, but the service really leaves something to be desired. It says check-in is at 3 PM, but we registered at around 11 AM and didn't get our room until past 5 PM. Then, when we asked if we could have a late check-out to make up for some of the lost time, the front desk guy reluctantly said we could only stay until 12 PM. This is the only thing I wasn't happy with; everything else was great. I'm just being objective, not exaggerating or being unfair. Hope this helps future guests."

"Arrived at the hotel at 11 AM and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, helping us check in early and even upgrading us to a business room. The room wasn't huge, but the layout was very efficient, with distinct areas for the bathroom, sleeping, and a small living space. Everything was spotless and comfortable. The hotel's location is super convenient for transport. It's right next to the Sands Hotel, and just a short walk to catch a bus from Sands directly to The Venetian, The Londoner, and The Parisian. Fisherman's Wharf is directly opposite the hotel, and there's a bus stop right on the side of the hotel, making getting around incredibly easy. For this price, given the location and the hotel's quality, I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau."

"After check-in, a front desk staff member assigned us a room with a rooftop view of the hotel’s low-rise section (not facing swimming pools or the tower). I later asked if I could change to a room with a better view. Terence (another staff member) at the front desk, was very helpful and polite, and he kindly arranged a room facing the Macau Eiffel Tower. I was truly satisfied with his professional service. This is my first time booking at The Parisian Macao, and thanks to Terence’s assistance, I have a wonderful memory of this journey."

The club's space-themed interior, state-of-the-art sound system, and dynamic lighting pull you in for a fully immersive experience.

"This time, I brought my child to Macau, mainly to enjoy the water activities. After comparing several water parks, I finally chose Studio City Water Park. Here's my overall experience: 4⭐: Quite satisfied. 1⭐: Deducted for the buffet breakfast and the strange noise in the room at night. Room Type: Celebrity Tower Classic King Room. It was clean and hygienic, but at night, I kept hearing a sound similar to 'cracking glass' while trying to sleep. I'm not sure what caused it. Breakfast: Average. For someone like me who usually prefers stronger flavors, it was a bit too salty overall. The high chair for my baby was also dirty, with dried noodles left by the previous user still on it. Pools: The outdoor pool is free, but the indoor one requires a fee (you can ask the hotel staff for details). Water Park: Divided into outdoor and indoor sections. The outdoor area offers a lazy river and occasional foam, which my child loved and had a great time with. There aren't many attractions for very young children in the indoor section. Ferris Wheel: Since my hotel booking included tickets for the Ferris wheel, I took my child to experience it. There were very few people, so no waiting in line. The ride lasted 15 minutes. The ticket prices for the 'themed' cabins and standard cabins are different. Personally, I think the standard cabin is sufficient, as the main point is to enjoy the view (if money is no object, feel free to choose the themed one). Other: The hotel also has occasional performances and a wide variety of dining options. If you have time, it's worth exploring! 😊"

The butler service is attentive and responsive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Its location is a bit off the beaten path, so transportation primarily relies on the shuttle bus. "Highly recommend for families with young children!!! We were a family of three with a child under two years old. When I booked, I didn't specify that I needed a bed rail. However, during check-in, the front desk staff noticed my child and proactively offered a bed rail. After they arranged for an attendant, she not only brought the bed rail but also moved and combined the beds for us – truly fantastic! I will definitely stay here again!! There was some construction outside, so I asked the front desk to arrange a higher floor, and the noise wasn't noticeable at all. The view from the window was also pleasant during our downtime. There are plenty of dining options nearby. If you're looking for convenience and a relaxed stay, this place is perfect. However, if it's your first time in Macau and your main goal is shopping and visiting landmark attractions, it might be more suitable to stay near the Ruins of St. Paul's."

"- The decor is great, with a really comfortable color scheme and style. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for photos! My only complaint is that my room was next to a fan, so I didn't sleep all night! I was so exhausted, my face was swollen in the morning! The housekeeping staff was excellent and polite! There was also a front desk agent next to me during check-in who treated every guest with such care – I really commend him, even though I wasn't directly assisted by him! Thumbs up! 👍 - The restaurant was my happy place. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the caviar waffles – absolutely delicious – and the large shrimp, though I only had two to be polite! The manager and waitstaff were incredibly attentive. My dress got dirty, and someone immediately brought me detergent to clean it – so thoughtful. You absolutely must get the breakfast; it's probably the best in Macau! - You also have to visit the Miao Thai restaurant, it's Michelin-recommended! Don't miss happy hour, the drinks are amazing! The decor is very classic and elegant! Dinner is super trendy, and PS, don't forget to enjoy the dessert trolley! So happy! Get it all! The hotel is huge, I kept getting lost!"
