"The staff were friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze. Lovely atmosphere in the lobby, room was huge and spotless clean with an amazing view. The 360 bar is well worth a visit, it's got a spectacular view and they make great cocktails. Lovely pool and gym too, it's an amazing retreat in Louhu and it's so close to the border, which makes it such a worthwhile place to visit. Also, there were 5 different types of teabags to choose from in the room, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast buffet really surprised me with bacon, sausages and egges, which was amazing, but there's also Chinese food and vegetarian so it's a great buffet. Definitely want to go back!"

"The hotel is great, and the location is super convenient, just a 500-meter walk to Sea World. The rooms are spacious with complete amenities, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The shower is also excellent with strong water pressure. The only downside is that Shenzhen is quite humid, and since our room was on a lower floor, there was a slight musty smell. We ran the range hood for a long time, but it still lingered a bit."

"Convenient location, just right next to Gang Xia North metro station, and can take Line 11 to airport. It's a Smart room and can ask ”Xiao Du” to close the curtain and switch off the light. Free soft drinks provided in the room. Free laundry available and have a small resting area in the fifth floor lobby with free tea/ coffee provided. Will definitely choose this hotel again."

"Cleanliness: Very clean. Service: They upgraded me to an executive suite for free. The service was warm and very satisfying. Facilities: It's an old hotel, so the classic, slightly dated style is unavoidable, but I think it's fine. Environment: There's even an anime-themed town downstairs, which was great for a stroll. David and Xixi were very nice and provided excellent service."

"Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai | A perfect 3-day, 2-night staycation with a sea view! I specifically came to Shenzhen for a few days to relax and chose the highly-rated Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai. After my 3-day, 2-night stay, I can confidently say: this hotel is absolutely the top choice for accommodation in the Shenzhen Bay area! From check-in, I already felt the hotel's attentive service. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The most pleasant surprise was that they proactively arranged a high-floor, full sea-view room for me and thoughtfully introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding area. This feeling of being welcomed home was truly commendable! 👍 As soon as I opened the room door, the view truly made me exclaim, ”Wow!” 😍 Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows was an endless view of Shenzhen Bay, with rows of yachts and the magnificent Shenzhen Bay Bridge. Whether it was watching the sunrise in the morning or the dazzling night view of the bay area, it was truly refreshing. Just relaxing by the window and taking some photos was already incredibly therapeutic. Speaking of the room, it was very spacious, roughly 40+ square meters, giving a great sense of space. The decor was modern minimalist, bright and comfortable. The biggest plus was the king-sized bed; the mattress had just the right firmness and excellent support, and there was a pillow menu. I slept incredibly well these past few nights and felt completely re-energized. The in-room mini-bar and desk design were also very practical, making it convenient whether I wanted to binge-watch shows or do a little work on my laptop. As for facilities, the hotel's swimming pool and gym were very well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, and even freshly cooked noodles, which was very satisfying. Overall, my 3-day, 2-night experience, from service and views to room comfort, was completely satisfying. I highly recommend Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai to anyone looking for a hotel with great views, comfort, and excellent service for a staycation. You definitely won't want to leave! I will certainly be back next time! 🌟"

"This business trip, I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Gooday, and the overall experience was incredibly pleasant. I absolutely have to commend Joy, the concierge. Joy is wonderfully kind and approachable. When I was checking in, she noticed I often work at a desk, so she proactively upgraded me to an executive deluxe king room. The room had an excellent orientation, far from noisy hallway areas, and the soundproofing was superb. Whether I was working during the day or resting at night, it was exceptionally peaceful. The entire room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the workspace was ample, with plenty of room for my laptop and documents without feeling cramped. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it very convenient for business meetings. Joy is genuinely sincere and her service is attentive without being overly formal or intrusive. Her perfectly timed thoughtfulness really helped alleviate the fatigue of a busy business trip. My overall stay was very comfortable, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for future business in the area."

Two small, thoughtful gestures during my stay really stood out and added so much to the experience. When I needed a charging cable late at night, the staff brought it up to my room very quickly – their response time was impressive. Later, when it started raining and the temperature dropped, the front desk even called to remind me to close the windows and stay warm. These kinds of thoughtful details truly make you feel cared for. The room layout was well-organized and airy, with soft, non-glaring lighting. All the essential amenities were provided, and the Wi-Fi was stable and fast enough for streaming shows or even light work."

The location was great too, close to all the attractions, whether by metro or taxi. Overall, what really made this hotel experience stand out was the staff. Everyone, regardless of their role, was incredibly dedicated and friendly. For instance, Toey, who helped me check in, was super efficient and tried her best to get me into my room quickly, knowing I had an early flight and a child with me. Similarly, Leila, who assisted me when I decided to extend my stay, was very helpful. Even though it's an older hotel, the staff's warmth and enthusiasm really made up for it! 👍"
