Very charming little hotel with really nice and helpful staff! We arrived late and missed a message on *********** about calling on the day of arrival for instructions for a late check in, but luckily there was a number we could call at the entrance and we were assisted by a very kind and patient gentleman. The bed was nice and breakfast amazing! Really nice experience. The only thing was that the shower cabin was quite low, so my partner could not stand up straight. But the shower itself was lovely!

We spent 3 days here and loved every minute of it. The hotel is perfectly placed, just a couple of minutes to the main old town but far enough for it to be very peaceful. Our room was great, we loved the historic hotel building, the 4-poster bed and the wonderful atmosphere of the place. The hosts were incredibly helpful and the breakfasts were wonderful! We felt really spoilt, and had a lovely relaxing weekend - we especially liked the ancient clock in the nearby church. Thank you so much!

Hotel met out expectations. Service very friendly and great info regarding free parking possibilities in neighbourhood. The room a mix of old Princess beds and modern shower. Breakfast served at table with a lot of different food. Walking distance to city center.

Spændende gammel bygning med sjovt hotel med sin egen sjæl. Beliggenheden var perfekt, tæt på centrum og tæt på letbane.

Es war ein Hotel der anderen Art. Mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Im alten Stiel eingerichtet aber an die heutigen technischen Anforderungen voll angepasst.

Gut zu finden und von außen etwas verhuscht in der Optik doch innen für mich ein großes WOW. Super freundliche wie zuvorkommende Menschen am Empfang. Das Interieur ist alt bzw herrschaftlich alt aussehend und sorgt für entsprechend adlige Stimmung. Die Nacht war ruhig, alles war sauber und die Minibar ist sehr gut mit großen Weinflaschen gefüllt. Das Himmelbett ist sehr bequem, die ursprünglichen Fenster wunderschön (neue Fenster sind von innen davor gesetzt, sodass kein Straßengeräusch eindringt und die Heizungswärme auch drinnen bleibt), der Fernseher etwas nervig weil mehrere Programme (HD) nicht gesehen werden konnten. Zum Frühstück war ich nebenan in der Likörfabrik verabredet doch sah das Hotelfrühstück auch sehr gut aus.

Hotellet levede ikke op til det der var beskrevet! Der var ingen personlig betjening i receptionen. Skulle tjekke ind via tlf. talt med en venlig mand, men på en tysk/engelsk. Besværligt låsesystem, breve der udelukkende var skrevet på tysk, med besked om hvor vi kunne parkere mm.
Manglede at kunne få en personlig betjening og kunne spørge om div.
Oplevede på intet tidspunkt at der var nogen i receptionen. Ved udtjekning var det køkken/rengøringspersonalet der klarede det.
Havde valgt et hotel med bar, men den var ikke-eksisterende. Der var minibar på værelset, men det er ikke det samme!
Wi-fi på værelset virkede ikke.
Det er måske småting, men det stod i beskrivelsen, og prisen afspejler det jo også.
Morgenmaden var helt fin og betjeningen god.
Samlet set sidder vi tilbage med en følelse af at have fået noget helt andet - og dårligere - end det vi har købt!
Vi plejer ikke at være sarte og negative, men her var det bare for dårligt i forhold til det beskrevne.

Meraviglioso hotel storico in posizione centralissima a Rostock, la nostra camera aveva un letto a baldacchino di legno davvero molto scenografico (e comodissimo). Il personale è davvero molto gentile, non parlano in inglese ma nell’era di google traduttore non è un problema insormontabile. Bagno molto elegante. La colazione è abbondante e con prodotti ottimi (sebbene più per gli amanti di quella salata), vengono serviti un cesto di pane e brioche, un vassoio di frutta, affettati e formaggi e le uova fatte al momento secondo richiesta. In definitiva è una scelta consigliatissima per una piacevole gita a Rostock, senza contare che è una delle attrazioni della città.

Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis in einem solch historischem Gebäude mit einmaligem Ambiente zu übernachten. Trotz der alten Mauern ist das Hotel gut im Schuss und bietet den gewünschten Komfort eines Stadthotels. Feines Frühstück und zuvorkommender Service. Zudem überzeugt die sehr zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage.
