I really liked the community around the Hotel. A bit difficult to get transport, but I was offered transport by strangers on several occasions..Thanks to people of Annemasse. The two gentleman at hotel reception were awesome..just the one lady who was so rude and unfriendly...but no stress I am happy about my stay given the cost.

I had a work accident last week but nothing could be done, they refused to reimburse me for the week reserved despite the reminders *********: slipping from the roof and ending up in the emergency room is not apparently not a good enough reason for cancellation and reimbursement to a customer: well done F1 and thank you again ＞＞ I will be able to advertise to all colleagues who are looking for somewhere to stay for the week?!

I had booked a room with a shower, there was even a photo and when I got there it was a room without a bathroom. And even the showers in the morning don't have soap. And also no towels in the room it was chargeable.
The breakfast is nothing except the cafe with lidl sandwich bread, not worth the price.
I got fooled with the renovated title.
I was able to change rooms the last two days the staff is very friendly, they alone deserve 5 stars.

The images presented on the site are misleading because I booked a room with photographs of the bathroom and toilets inside the room but once I arrived there I was told that the toilets and showers are outside . In common area. I find this unacceptable, it is clearly false advertising. I booked another hotel, and I didn't sleep in this one.

Positive point: the 2 receptionists were friendly.
Negative points: noisy, dirty floor, lots of smokers at the entrance (people sat on the table, their feet on the benches, too bad...). The area isn't great either. It's still OK for the value for money given my late booking date.

Bad smell in the room and very hard mattress but the rest ok. Very professional receptionist of the week. Reassuring without being intrusive, a great asset for a woman traveling alone.
