They assigned me a room with a dirty toilet with poop and a dirty bidet cloth. Shame!!!
I complained to reception and they sent a gentleman up to my room to clean the toilet!

It is a bit far from the center of the ancient city of Verona. The taxi fare is 10 to 20 euros. It is not cost-effective to calculate the time and 💰. If you are not in a hurry, you can take the bus, which costs 2 euros per person and takes 20 minutes to get to the central square. It is not convenient to take the bus with luggage. The hotel is 8 or 9 minutes away from the bus station.
The facilities, services, environment and breakfast of Crowne Plaza Hotel are all in place. No problem. It is also an affordable choice in the peak season.

Away from the plaza, but well soundproofed
Facility is clean and tidy
It was so nice to have a quiet rest!
There is a large shopping mall within 10-15 minutes on foot,
The train station took 5-10 minutes by bus, so it was good to get around.

55 mins walk to Verona centre which for me would be too far away on holiday but hotel is good for business. Large free car parking with large well appointed rooms. Breakfast is good and on the whole staff are okay. Shower water only just warm. The gym is pointless as little equipment that does not work correctly, swimming pool indoor is tiny
