"The suite no. 23 was a good room with sufficient space with nice furnishings to have a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good. Services provided by staff was prompt and friendly. The cocktails and food in the hotel restaurant was real good. The only challenge is noise from the heated pool upstairs. On the whole, the stay was good.."

"A very, very good hotel! The driver who picked us up at the airport sent us to the location in Figure 1. The car can only drive here. The hotel owner came to pick us up in person. I guess the driver contacted the hotel owner after seeing the hotel we were going to, so he came to pick us up in advance. He helped us carry our luggage. We had to go up a few steps. It would be very difficult to carry the luggage without him. I wanted to give him a tip, but he didn't want it. After checking in, he asked us to fill in the breakfast dishes for tomorrow. Then he took out a tourist map and told us where the various attractions were and how long it would take to walk. He also took out a book to show us pictures of the ancient monuments. This honeymoon suite has a double bed and a sofa. The sofa is very wide. The sofa I slept on was as comfortable as the bed. The view from the balcony is beautiful!!! The water in the balcony bathtub is circulated day and night, warm, and my son didn't want to come out when swimming in it. In the morning, someone put breakfast on the balcony, set it up, and called us. It's amazing to eat breakfast while watching the sea view! It takes 20 minutes to walk to the blue-domed church in the town of Fira. I don't know how to take the bus. There are many black taxis in Fira town. It costs 30 euros for us to take a taxi to the black beach. You have to eat seafood in Santorini. This fresh seafood is completely different from the live shrimps bought in China! Their seafood has the freshness of the sea! However, standing on the hotel balcony to the left, you can see an open-air restaurant, which is actually a bar. Don't eat there. We waited for more than an hour before the food was served, and three dishes cost 92 euros, which was expensive and unpalatable. After we checked out, someone came to pick us up at the airport. But we didn't know where to wait, so the hotel owner personally took us to the location in the first picture. He was so nice! I took a photo as a souvenir, the second picture. I really recommend this restaurant!"

"All the staff were very kind and it was a satisfying stay. Amenities are free and come with delicious wine and fruit. In addition, a hair dryer and shampoo are also provided, so there is no problem for staying. The time spent watching the sunset was the best."

"Hill Suites was better than we could’ve imagined. While the rooms were beautiful and clean, and location was perfect, the real star of the show was Marco (like many of the reviews before have said). Marco made us feel like old friends from the second we arrived. He is the most devoted host you will ever meet and has a great recommendation for anything you may need while in Santorini. "We were very welcomed by the host. The place is huge, spacious, neat and tidy and we had free water and snacks during our stay. The pictures shown in trip.com is very accurate. I would say this is the best accommodation I had in Santorini compared to those in Fira. Opt in for a delicious breakfast too! Pygros is very under rated and we enjoyed our time here as it is much less touristy than Fira and Oia. If i choose again, i will choose my whole santorini trip to stay here, highly recommend!!"

"AMAZING STAY!! Amazing hospitality and service! Location was near a restaurant which was open and about 15mins walk down to Fira. Room was spacious and located near a trekking route. Good for morning walks. Balcony had a great view of the caldera. Went in January, which is their coldest month. Most of the shops were close. But prices of the stay were cheaper than summer. Hotel could arrange car rental for us and it was reasonably priced. Very easy to rent. Enjoyed our stay a lot."

"Wonderful stay! Angeliki welcomed us upon our arrival, super helpful and always available at any time of the day. The cleaning lady was also fantastic, never intrusive. Excellent breakfast, plentiful and with different options every day. The room was really spacious, with an outdoor heated hot tub. We will definitely come back, highly recommended."

"Excellent holiday. Stayed a week and explored the island at a leisurely pace, best way with no rush. Thank you and credit to Sophie at the front desk. She is so helpful and cheery. She helped us book day excursion trips to the volcano, Oia sunset trip, rental car, airport transfer. 👍👍 Sophie. Porter & breakfast room service was the other excellent experience at this hotel. Then there is the view from our terrace & hot tub, beautiful. Room was cozy, clean & comfortable. The well maintained light color walls inside and outside this property is just amazing. Just like all of Santorini, the white buildings in the bright sun is just outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for the best location near Fira city center for restaurants & shops. Not sure if we will visit Santorini again but if we do, will certainly return to this hotel."
