Pullman Hotels in Sanya

Traveling with the kids during the summer vacation, we checked into the Pullman's pool room on the first day. It was super convenient to access the pool right from our room. The room itself felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning unit outside our door was quite noisy. However, the hotel's complimentary photo shoot was a nice touch; the kids got a lot of great pictures. The photographer was really nice, and the post-production lady was excellent too. Overall, we had a very enjoyable first stop.

For our last night, we chose the Pullman Sanya Bay, not far from the airport. A huge thank you to our amazing concierge, Cici! I absolutely have to give a shout-out to Pullman concierge Cici by name. This wasn't just a stay; it felt more like a meticulously arranged trip hosted by an old friend. She contacted me by phone to add WeChat before check-in, and then arranged a car for us when we checked out. After our return flight landed, we even received a thoughtful message from Cici asking if we had settled in comfortably – truly like a friend! Thanks to Cici's service, our experience this time was absolutely perfect. Upon arrival at the hotel, there were even more pleasant surprises – seeing that we had three children, she proactively upgraded our room type. The kids were so thrilled when they entered the room they couldn't stop smiling! Cici also thoughtfully prepared little Pullman bags and teddy bears for them, and our room was decorated with welcome fruits and beautiful cookies. Because of Cici, all three of our children were incredibly surprised and happy. During our stay, any questions we had for Cici were answered incredibly quickly, almost instantly, and she handled everything very professionally. The Pullman has a wonderful resort vibe, very relaxing. We will definitely choose Pullman Sanya Bay again on our next trip to Sanya, solely for the impeccable service provided by Cici!
