Close to the airport but not noisy. Room service was good, and breakfast was decent – those are the pros. As for the cons, I asked the front desk staff for a better room when checking in, and she readily agreed with a poker face, only to give me a terrible one. It had a pungent smell, so I had to go back and forth to the lobby myself to request a room change, which finally worked. This front desk staff member was the most unsatisfactory part of my stay. Only the small kids' pool was heated, and it felt like a sardine can; every stroke, I'd bump into someone's leg. The water under the waterslide was freezing cold and completely unusable. The hotel beach is public, full of hawkers, and non-hotel guests occupied the lounge chairs with no one doing anything about it. Plus, there were betel nut bugs everywhere – both my legs were covered in bites after returning. I've been to Sanya five times, and this is the first time this has happened, which means this beach is the dirtiest. Oh, and everyone was smoking. I had hoped to clear my lungs this winter, but this hotel only offered secondhand smoke. My blessings to them are in the pictures.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Yalong Bay, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Plus, we got a 5% discount at the duty-free shop! The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. The freshly squeezed juices and specialty pastries were especially delicious. The shuttle service was on-call and prompt, with friendly and attentive drivers who quickly took us wherever we wanted to go, whether it was to a restaurant, the lobby, or other areas. The overall service atmosphere at the hotel was excellent; the staff were incredibly professional, always smiling, and made us feel so comfortable. Our one-night stay was absolutely perfect. If our travel plans hadn't changed, we definitely would have stayed longer. The warm service from Ms. Helena, coupled with the hotel's high-quality facilities, made us completely fall in love with this place. We've already added this hotel to our 'must-stay' list for Sanya, and we'll definitely choose Pullman again on our next visit, and recommend it to all our friends! A huge commendation to the room attendant too – such excellent staff truly elevate the experience. By the way, there are rosewood carvings in the hotel lobby that emit a subtle fragrance, along with a wishing tree and wishing well. This hotel is truly worth a stay!
