I received a call from the hotel a few days ago. The manager Alexandra charged me the price difference. After arriving at the hotel, I did not ask for any room changes. I just asked for an inspection. The hotel manager came and thought I should stay on the old side of the hotel. Down, because this hotel has two sides, the newer one in granite, and the old one with the carpet with a musty smell. I went with my wife to see her family because she is Brazilian and we stayed at Delplaza for the first few days and I can say that it was one of the best hotels I stayed at in São Paulo, great service and food. I would definitely go back for another visit and stay at Hotel Delplaza
