"The hotel is very clean, the bath is very big, the toiletries need to be prepared by yourself, the room has a small refrigerator, the breakfast can be full, the front desk staff is very good, and everything needs to be actively helped. "We needed to stay somewhere close to the Sarajevo train station, and Hotel Grand is perfectly located just a short walk away (5-10 minutes). The staff was friendly and even prepared a small breakfast bag for us since we were leaving so early. However the room itself was rather bare-bones, and the shower drain was clearly clogged leading to a lot of flooding. There were exposed electrical wiring in the room and the hallways smelled a bit like an ashtray. Was okay for the money, but not really recommended."

"The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast is rich. However, although we arrived early, we could only be arranged to stay in a room on the lower floor. There is an underground parking lot. It may be charged. But we waived it on the second day. There are many Chinese people staying here, and we also saw crew members staying here."

RRonan PatrickNice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport.

The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.

GGuest UserWonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over.

AAnton from MoscowA big hotel next to the National Museum and a mall. Interesting building, especially the lobby zone. Nice location: I already mentioned the mall and trams passing right next to the hotel, there are also supermarkets, ATMs, and cafes nearby. The other side is that trams and the street bring some constant noise level to the room. Breakfast could have been a bit better, especially coffee. The rest was fine: a spacious room with a bathtub, free parking, and helpful staff.
