CitiGO Hotels in Shanghai

I recommend Citigo Lujiazui for 2 main reasons - 1, The location is fantastic. So near to the major iconic buildings of Shanghai and yet residential. The entrance to the hotel is also beautifully designed and more tasteful than standard hotels. 3. The service. From the reception to the housekeeping team and the ladies at breakfast who are super friendly and helpful. No request is too difficult and no question too troublesome. Had a most pleasant 4-night stay!

Really awesome place! It was really tidy and great value for money. I like it so much that I extended my stay by another 10 days. There are three small malls all within a 10 minute walk which is really convenient when it comes to lunch or dinner. Although, if you plan to go to central Shanghai, it’ll take you close to 40-50 minutes on the metro. Fortunately, the metro stop is only a short walk away.

The hotel environment is good. It is convenient to take a taxi. The front desk service attitude is good. The room is clean and tidy. The bed is very soft. There are free small drinks. The stay experience is very good

The service was top notch, people really went out of their way to serve their guests. Decent central location, it's tough to beat the price for how clean and centrally located it is. There really isn't much in walking distance; there are a few restaurants and coffee shops a couple of blocks away. There was a bit of construction noise from other buildings in the area, but that's fairly common and there isn't much the hotel could do to fix this. I'd recommend waiting until you arrive to make the decision as to whether you want to buy breakfast, the meal was good for the price. They have a cute little gym and free washer and dryer. They even had a little cafe, you might get a free drink if you leave a good review ;)

I stay at this place most of my time when in Schanghai. This is a visit to friends, often I stay on business here too. The staff are friendly, attentive and the boutique feel of this small hotel is just awesome! Reasonable priced in the heart of Schanghai Xujiahui an easy stroll from the subway, rental bikes, ships, convenience stores, restaurants… you name it it’s all here. Highly recommend. Very confortable room with clean and smooth sheets. There is a common laundry room which is very convenient for backpackers. Common lounge is great

Lovely staff, good location. Free herbal tea was appreciated. Wish we could’ve used the robot! Always an experience having a completely glass bathroom wall. The ear plugs provided by the hotel were well used (thin walls and broken window latches).

The staffs are super patient and try to accommodate your request. They use robots to send deliveries to your room. The highlight was the housekeeper. She was super friendly and showed us how to turn on the fridge (that it wasn’t broken 😅). Overall worth the $ spent.

As usual the hotel is good! Got to experience the Laundry and gym this time it was good! Location I would say not bad early morning train I can take a taxi and get to HongQiao in 30min or by Metro in 25min! All Good 👍🏽

Overall the hotel is good if you are going airport and disneyland because got free shuttle transport ... if you want to travel by public transport then the bus station just 3 minutes walk frm the hotel (mrt is super far from hotel so you need to take bus then only mrt) I select this hotel over the tons of accommodations because of the breakfast and to be honest the breakfast here really under my expectation and make me upset.... meal serve without indicator thus it a problem for me as i dont eat beef due to allergy (accidentlly pick and eat beef and faster split out ...lucky no allergy). I dint ask the worker there about the food because they are not really friendly. Need to pay for coffee. Most of the frontliner is teenager so cant expect they are excellent in customer services (some of them really need to be more polite and pro in job) About Room... Design is modern style which is good... got fridge ... but why 4 stars hotel not provide coffee or tea in room like other hotel ?
