房間門一打開就聞到一股尿騷味，走進去之後有股黴味，房間窗台上還有煙頭，衞生間也沒有打掃乾淨

環境：太臟了，牆紙掉落的牆壁，關不上的窗，牀頭櫃都是灰塵，電話一層厚厚的灰，換了房間，茶桌上是散落的茶葉和灰塵，床上有掉落的毛絮團，衞生間反味，馬路邊特別吵
服務：客房，我們太忙了，阿姨可能沒打掃仔細

酒店房間很寬敞，活動麪大，洗手間大，晚上睡覺也不吵。適合結伴入住，畢竟很寬敞……

真的一言難盡！價格不貴但老樓層的房間衞生和設施感覺都被放棄了，燈筒等都已經破舊不堪，幾個還不亮。馬桶放兩張紙就堵住了，酒店還沒有工具，用拖把疏通！！空調一陣狂風一陣停歇，米尼電視，而且壞了，衞生間主燈壞了很昏暗。老婆半夜在房間還過敏了，一點多鐘買過敏葯。這個衞生情況實在堪憂！！酒店的衞生和設施狀況問前台，告知都是集團統一配送，一個燈泡都不能自主解決！！酒店不管價格的高低，基本的設施和衞生總要到位吧？！？實在無語！！住過最差酒店，沒有之一！！！！非常後悔，圖方便離朋友家近，沒有住全季，價格就貴100不到，但是，設施，至少衞生要好很多！也不會半夜過敏買葯吃！！！
