房間很潔淨，客服人員非常禮貌及服務態度貼心，酒店附近交通方便，距離我們出差地點接近，附近餐廳選擇多。酒店如果可以改善早餐變化增加，提供白開水，及房間衞生紙，瓶裝水增加便好多了。另外，房間的茶用完沒有添加，我並不常飲便不再要求，如果打掃貼心小小注意添加便好多了。

全季酒店一如既往的專業，由於飛機是凌晨到的，所以到的很晚，但是前台依然很熱情，服務良好，預留了房間，房間也很乾凈整潔

感覺酒店方和蚊子有合作 蚊子那邊應該是開了自助餐廳 生意火爆 雖然有提供蚊香 但是一點用都沒有 感覺蚊子像吸煙一樣越吸越精神 真的 蚊子可多 可大 我一晚上打死三衹 卻還是保護不了我的家人孩子 可惡

總體是好的 但是有很多吐槽的地方…..其實要不是走的時候前台小哥堅持給了小禮物我真的會寫差評。房間設施都很好，全季的標準。但是19年開的酒店可能真的比較老了吧，竟然沒有機器人送餐！！！！！點了外賣要自己下去拿，震驚。房間繞路，感覺我自己拖着一個超大的箱子至少在走廊裏拐了五六個彎才到房間。另外樓下早飯九點十分所有飲品都沒有了，沒有工作人員及時添加，早餐種類少，煮麪和餛飩的阿姨態度特別不好！！！！！稍微取餐慢一點就會被她蛐蛐！！！我坐的比較近聽她至少蛐蛐了好幾個人，問題是她自己叫的時候叫不清楚，聽不清是麪條還是餛飩，出餐也很慢，磨磨嘰嘰的，旁邊有一桌等半天等不及了跟阿姨説不要了，他們走了之後阿姨又蛐蛐半天人家。。。至少別當著顧客的麪説客人壞話吧？？？其他沒什麼的，前台工作人員都很好。
