I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Shanghai. The location is absolutely perfect - being so close to Shanghai Railway Station made arrival and departure incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with luggage. Despite being near the station, the hotel is surprisingly central and well-connected to the city’s main attractions.
From here, I could easily reach most of Shanghai’s tourist hotspots without spending hours in transit. The Bund, Yu Garden, Nanjing Road, and other must-see places were all accessible via short subway rides or taxi trips. The transportation links from this area are fantastic.
The housekeeping service deserves special mention. My room was impeccably clean throughout my stay, with daily service that was thorough and professional. Fresh towels, well-made beds, and spotless bathrooms - exactly what you want after a day of exploring the city.

It was okay. The location was good. It was near to Shanghai Railway Station and to some places we visited. But when we came in, it was too cold and the AC was actually off. The musty odor from the room and the hallway was overwhelming I wished I didn't inhale them. It seemed that carpet had not been vacuumed for a long time. The walls weren't isolated. At late nights, my friend and I had to listen to people talking loudly till midnight.

Nice place to stay when in shanghai.. it has smart toilet and inside washing machine but you need to make sure again if your room will get smart toilet.
it’s also near metro station as well as shanghai train station.
Rui who is the desk staff is very helpful because she arranged for my charger to be sent to Chongqing when i accidentaly left it when i checked out.

Excellent place to stay in my opinion 5 stars with 5 star service and attention to very detail.
Comfortable, clean and large rooms.
Praise to all stall and personnel who made our stay very pleasant.
Great location beside the Suzhou River , great for early or late walks to the Bund , west Nanjing Rd or People square - metro close by.

Very busy hotel, reached at 1.45pm and there was a queue to check in. The counter was split into left and right so it was quite confusing as people tried to cut queue. Male staff saw their locals cutting queue but did not tell them to queue and proceeded to attend to them first.
Female staff that attended to us said that the room was not ready (although check in was 2pm and it was after 2pm). Asked to add us on wechat so she will send a wechat message to inform when the room is ready. However, went out till 9pm and still no message from the staff. Had to go to the counter to ask directly again. Toothbrush set provided at counter if needed.
Although there were 3 lifts, the lifts were slow.
Room was spacious, but would prefer the pillows to have be harder. Both pillows will sink to the bed even after stacking. Toilet flush was weak, need to double flush usually.
To access the gym and pool, go to the main lobby and walk to the other side. Spacious gym with pilates reformer and trapeze included. Spacious indoor pool, compulsory to use swim hat.
No washing machines available, only paid guest laundry services.
Hotel is about 2 min walk to the metro station line 1 exit 5 with stairs access. Also very near the railway train station, about 5-10mins via pedestrian crossing.

Excellent! The receptionist was extremely friendly, organized a very nice room, spacious. We had fun over a welcome drink and playing pool table. When we had check out, the driver he hire from a third company left us out, the hotel concierge was amazing, very fast in decision making, helping us to get another driver to the airport. Our family was very impressed how professional they are, I recommend and definitely will stay there again.

Great room , clean and spacious. It even comes with a kitchen area ( rice cooker too :) ) and most importantly a washing machinneee.
Room service is good, daily bin disposal, fresh towel and daily water bottle top up ( 4 each day ).
Not many disposable amenities like razor or comb, due to environmental reasons.
Breakfast is abit basic, nothing to shout about.
You may be required to put in a deposit when you check in, 500 yuan for my case.
Side note: Hotel shampoo is a bit harsh to the hair. Get better ones at convenient stores if you must.

We requested a room with a view. It was our first time staying in a hotel with such a unique layout, and we were genuinely impressed by how cleverly people in Shanghai make use of space. Food deliveries can be left in the parcel lockers on the 6th floor for self-pickup. The hotel is right next to Hanzhong Road Metro Station Exit 4, making it incredibly convenient. Just across the street, there's a small shopping mall with options for quick meals, coffee, or milk tea, and even a small supermarket – very handy. We stayed for four consecutive nights and managed to catch four exhibitions in Shanghai, which was fantastic! My only minor complaint was the persistent mosquitoes; we just couldn't get rid of them all. We suspect they might have entered via the central air conditioning system.

It wasn't as loud as I'd imagined a hotel near a train station might be. What's more, the earplugs provided effectively managed the common noise issues when groups are gaming in esports hotels. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She not only assisted me with a computer problem but also went the extra mile to bring up my food delivery. Highly appreciated!

Due to frequent late work, I often stay here instead of going home. Each time, the front desk staff are incredibly warm, and their hospitality feels truly genuine, not just a forced politeness. The rooms are also very spacious. Although the decor is quite minimalist, even with a slight industrial touch, they are exceptionally practical. Moreover, its proximity to Shanghai Railway Station makes it ideal for any traveler needing to transfer trains, and there are numerous convenient dining options nearby.

Sometimes I stay here when I have to work overtime at the company and have to get up early the next day to go to work. Today's room was very nice, except that the shampoo was maliciously filled with water by the previous guest, everything was fine, but this is not the hotel's problem.

I returned to Shanghai on the 8th and have chosen another hotel to stay in. The cleaning lady was very careful and kept the room clean. She was also very easy to communicate with. Although the price is affordable, the service is really bad and she gave me a cold face. When I consulted, I was inexplicably scolded and indifferent. This is the worst time I have stayed in 50/60 hotels. I will never stay here again.
