Excellent Ski-in/Ski-out Experience with Great Dining
I stayed here with a stay voucher and was thoroughly impressed. The location is unbeatable — you can literally wake up and walk straight out to the ski slopes. It’s perfect for skiers and snowboarders looking for easy access to the snow.
The free dinner voucher was another highlight. I dined at the Teppanyaki restaurant, where the food was flavorful and offered a good variety of dishes. It was a wonderful dining experience.
Housekeeping was excellent — the room was cleaned daily, and they consistently restocked water, coffee, and tea, which made my stay even more comfortable.
Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely return in the future.

I went home for the Chinese New Year. I had stayed at Atour in the same area before. This year, Atour S opened next to it. I came to experience it~
The overall style of Atour is compact and comfortable. The newly opened room is very comfortable, spacious enough, and the hardware facilities are relatively complete. This is the most satisfactory aspect of this stay. The bedding is as comfortable as always, and the drip coffee and tea provided in the room every day are great. It would be better if the Xiaodu in the room was replaced with a simple Bluetooth speaker.
The sound insulation of the room is poor. During the stay, I was repeatedly disturbed by the talking in the corridor and the opening of the door by the residents next door at night and during the day.
Compared with another Atour next door, the service is still a little immature. Last year was also during the Chinese New Year, but that Atour was well-staffed and the service was in place. It may be due to the shortage of staff during the Chinese New Year and the newly opened hotel, the performance was a bit cramped. There was only one checkin waiter when checking in, and he was busy communicating with a guest. He waited for a long time to remind him to come to check in.
The restaurant is small and there are not many varieties of food, but the fruit is fresh and delicious!
In terms of cost-effectiveness, it is still a recommended accommodation option nearby.

My family had a good time during staying at the hotel. All staff are helpful and friendly. Especially Mr. Maode Li and Ms. Lily Li. They suggested the restaurant and call taxi for us. The location is perfect for Ocean Park and Indoor Ski. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable. We love it. 😁🙏

It is a good choice to travel during off-peak hours and take the children out for a vacation. Some of the surrounding venues are also suitable for taking children to visit. There is also a free shuttle bus to Haichang Park, with thoughtful service. From the front desk to the guest rooms, the hotel is full of penguin themes and the atmosphere is perfect. You can also see real penguins, which children like very much. The room is clean and hygienic. Although the weather was cold, the staff was still full of enthusiasm. When checking in, they provided detailed suggestions for travel and some nearby venues. I give a thumbs up to the hotel staff!

I stayed at this hotel in June 2024, before the hot summer, with my parents (in their 60s) and my daughter (below 10).
This place is quieter than city districts. InterContinental never disappoints. The hotel room we stayed was spacious and clean, the surroundings were nicely decorated with beautiful greeneries 🌳, flowers🌷, fountains ⛲️ and ancient buildings 🏯. My family rented the family bike from the hotel at RMB100 to cycle around the hotel. We took plenty of nice photos!

The hotel is located in the core area of the lake, and the rooms have private balconies and use King Koil mattresses. It is suitable for business meetings and lake views. The hotel combines business sophistication with holiday comfort. It would be better if a gym and laundry room could be added. We loved our stay! Ava at the front desk reception was AMAZING and really was our concierge through our entire stay, even adding my WeChat so that we could contact her with any questions. The hotel has a gym, and breakfast was great. This is a VERY convenient hotel to the new Water World and Snow World. We only went to Water world this time and it really was one of the best water parks we have gone to, and SO CLEAN. Some hotel room packages even come with free tickets! Definitely recommend!

My friend and I booked the hotel as we needed a place to stay before our Spartan Race near the lake. We were very impressed of the hotel and gave a homey atmosphere. Very very clean! Staff spoke English. The room had cooking area, fridge and washing machine. Since we had a race and finished after our original check out they allowed us to extend for longer period which was very helpful. Next time we need to book in the area, we will book there!

It's 1 hour away from the city center but closed to the Pudong airport. Very quiet and silent. The room condition was also very good with clean and soft bedding. All staffs are nice, kind and supportive. Unfortunately, they don't provide in-room dining service. If you want to have a dinner in the hotel, you should go to the restaurant in the site. Th available foods are very local. In the breakfast, you can enjoy some breads and coffees. Overall, I'm happy with the stay. Highly recommend.

I chose the ”Shanghai Sydney Harbour” Dishui Lake Scenic Area and Haichang Ocean Park that I have not been to. I chose this orange for a long time. The hotel was renovated last year and opened in February this year, but there is no smell in the room. The designer's color scheme is very online. The whole hotel gives people a very warm and sunny feeling. Although on the side of the road, it is very quiet at night and the quality of sleep is good. The bathroom space in the room is very spacious and the bath is very comfortable. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and patient, because when I met a guest with the same name and surname, the two sisters were afraid that I would repeat the reservation. In order to avoid losses, they repeatedly confirmed and confirmed with me. It was really reassuring. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Dishui Lake, I should also consider this hotel. I can drive to Dishui Lake soon.

The room is very spacious and bright, and the bedding is very comfortable. In terms of facilities, the hotel room facilities and bedding are very comfortable, very clean and tidy. In terms of service, the front desk has a warm and attentive attitude. It is very convenient to take a taxi around. It is a one or two hundred meter walk from Dishui Lake and is close to the sea. TTIN WAIMy son is an Ultraman fan and he loved staying at this hotel and enjoying at this theme park, similar level of excitement comparing with his last visit to the Ultraman hometown in Japan. Despite there were some communication issues happened between the hotel and Trip.com, both teams tried their best to solve the issue and support us. Special thanks to the Trip.com lady (sorry that I forgot to ask for her name) who spoke with me several rounds for exploring solutions. Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Roger Yao (the manager on duty of Ultraman Hotel in the afternoon on 05Apr) who successfully made my son happy again after a disappointment. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

There is a restaurant downstairs, with a variety of tastes, which can easily solve the problem of eating.
