Love this hotel. The room was big and spacious and so clean. The amenities offered fulfilled every traveler's requirements - there's even a kids set of toothbrush/toothpaste/bath gel etc. there's a few set of toys that kept my girl entertained whenever we were in the hotel, and pretty night lights to soothe her to sleep
There'sa fridge, microwave oven, a small kitchen, a living room and a washing machine, complete with washing capsules!.
We ordered take-outs and it was brought to our room by a robot - so cool!
The service was also superb. Sally, the manager in charge, helped me with my complicated parcel delivery and was warm and friendly to us.
Will definitely bring my kid back here if I come back to Shanghai!

The room was beyond expectation, the environment was quiet, there was no smell of smoke, and disposable towels and bath towels were available. The large terrace was great, there was a microwave at the reception, self-service laundry, and downstairs there were Domino's, Xiao Yang's Fried Dumplings, Dole's Day, Costa, and convenience stores. Parking was free, and it was the first choice for accommodation when visiting Haichang.

It is a short distance from the subway station. There are many rooms overall, the equipment is newer and the room space is large. There are many sockets and electrical controls, but the charging voltage is weak. The windows are well soundproofed and you can't hear the outside noise, but the soundproofing between the rooms is poor, and you can hear some of the TV next door. The bathroom design is not good, and there is no place to put dry clothes. The hotel provides a 24-hour coffee machine and simple midnight snacks at night. It is quite cost-effective for the price. I recommend it to everyone for reference.

It was awesome trip. The room was very clean, and the receiption staff was so kind and helpful. Even they have taken care of my luggage after we checked out.Hotel Location was perfect especially for the night walk and halal food very near to the hotel. Especially view of the kids school from the window was amazing. I am giving 5 star rating to this Hotel and I will surely stay here again in any future visit.

Our family had a truly wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Shanghai Snow World Hotel from April 15-17. From the beautiful location and comfortable atmosphere to the exceptional service, everything was beyond our expectations.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the staff, especially Mr. H, who went above and beyond to take care of us. He kindly guided us to the restaurants, helped us find the ticketing area, called transportation when needed, and most memorably, organized the sweetest birthday surprise for our daughter, Merry. She absolutely loved it and keeps saying how much she enjoyed staying here.
This hotel is not only lovely and well-equipped, but also filled with genuinely kind and thoughtful people. Thank you for making our trip so special and unforgettable. We truly hope to return again soon!

I booked this hotel on a business trip. It was pretty good. My colleague and I made the wrong reservation. The girl at the front desk helped us change rooms for free. The service was very good. It was a new hotel. I thought the formaldehyde smell would be strong, but there was no smell. Whenever I come here on a business trip in the future, I will choose this hotel first.

This hotel is perfect if you are looking for a gateway from the busy city life with your family, friends or as a couple. As soon as I walked through the entrance I exclaimed “Wow” and “Wow” again when I walked into the apartment we booked. Everyone is super helpful, they cater to the needs you have and as a mom traveling with a baby I needed a few things. Thank you for helping me make this Birthday stay extra special by decorating the living room, writing a card and getting us a cake all at no extra cost. The apartment was huge, super spacious! On the bed it was me the baby and my friend and we still had space, the bathroom was very clean and had everything you’d need. If you order online a robot delivers your food to your room door. So lovely! We almost missed breakfast on one morning and we called for room service, they brought us everything we asked for even though it was at short notice. I’d go there again if it wasn’t so far.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Access to park being so near definitely makes it worth your trip. Beautifully built facility, will need to return around summer time. Our only issue was with breakfast with not so many options, including no tea.

The house is neat and tidy, with a stylish and simple design, equipped with a simple kitchen, very user-friendly, and convenient transportation. It is 5 minutes away from Metro Exit 1, and there are McDonald's, Vietnamese rice noodles, and Lawson nearby. The hotel service is thoughtful. Not only did they upgrade us to a lake view room, but they also immediately provided a satisfactory solution to a small problem with parking fees after we checked in! Such a hotel and such a price are very cost-effective!

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and tidy, there was no smell, and the front desk lady was very warm. If the surrounding tenants are not particularly noisy, it is still very quiet. The room is large in size and stylish, and the toilet is smart. I have lived in one of the few quieter hotels. In summer, there will be mosquitoes, remember to use the mosquito coil liquid. Breakfast has tofu brain, it is still very pleasant. The overall experience is good. During the day, there will be decoration and it will be noisy.

In terms of service, the front desk has a warm and attentive attitude. It is very convenient to take a taxi around. It is a one or two hundred meter walk from Dishui Lake and is close to the sea. The starting price of a taxi at Chang Ocean Park is very convenient for sightseeing and dining around the hotel. There are some small restaurants around. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective and definitely worth staying.

GGuest UserThis May Day trip was worth it for two days and one night. The children had a lot of fun. There were indeed many people. There were indeed some minor problems with eating, but the enthusiasm of the service staff in the scenic area and the hotel made you feel that it was worth spending the money! Very good, it is worth booking a hotel package for two adults and two children to go there!
