Location is a bit remote if you are planning to stay there for vacation, but there is a train station right Infront only the hotel that makes it convenient. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable enough. I stayed for 1 night for a nearby meeting so it was good for that purpose. Longer term though, may be a bit ”bare bones”

I just check again the profile of this hotel and they haven’t made any update. When I arrived the hotel, I was informed that the swimming pool is not available due to maintenance. I paid extra money because of that specific amenity. It would be great that hotels would update their profile and available or provide any heads up so that the guests would know what they are paying for. The hotel is expensive and I booked it hoping that I will get to enjoy their amenities. It is okay to have such problem as long as they would post it in their profile for transparency.

The service was impressive, and the buffet breakfast was quite good. I particularly appreciated the variety available, especially since I enjoy Chinese cuisine. The location is perfect for my schedule. However, there seems to be a KTV somewhere or a bar nearby,, and it was quite noisy during our stay on the weekends. It was either some people singing or chatting. I'm not sure if it is the same during weekdays.

The staff at the front desk were warm and professional, the check-in procedure was efficient and smooth, and the hotel's services were carefully introduced. The hotel has complete facilities and the fitness equipment in the gym is pretty good. I can do a good sweat after get off work. The room is very clean, the front desk answers all my questions, the staff are very polite, and there is a shared kitchen (although I don’t cook), which is really good. The location is inside the park, which is very convenient for work. There is a cow and horse restaurant on the first floor that specializes in Luckin Coffee, and the transportation is also very convenient. Next time I go on a business trip, this hotel will be my first choice.

Although there are many hotels around, Yitel Hotel has a high cost performance. Although the business king room is not big, it has complete facilities. It is also very clean. There is a rope for hanging clothes in the bathroom. The service staff is also very good. I couldn't close the window at night. After calling the front desk staff, they came up and closed it for me immediately. It is an ideal hotel for business people on short-term business trips.

The hotel is surrounded by a mature commercial area that meets the needs of supermarkets and gourmet food, which is great. The hotel is generally clean and has a microwave and refrigerator for cooking. There are many choices. I hope that disposable tableware can be provided, which is better.

The room is relatively large, the bathroom and toilet are large, and all the necessary facilities are available, but there are no electric curtains, etc.
The bed is super soft, the pillows are high, and the sleep is not very comfortable
The air conditioning is not very powerful, I woke up repeatedly from the heat and almost fell off the bed 😂
In addition, the breakfast is really not delicious

Overall, the hotel is great – very spacious with a practical layout and excellent service. They even arranged an early check-in for my room and upgraded me to a massive 2.4-meter king bed. However, it was made up of two 1.2-meter beds pushed together, which unfortunately made the middle rather uncomfortable. The shower fixture was leaking a bit, and the drainage was quite slow. I've already reported these issues. At check-in, I bought a breakfast voucher for three people for 99 CNY via the Huazhu app, and the spread was very generous.

Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy. I personally have sensitive skin, but this time I stayed at the All Seasons Hotel Zhangjiang Sunyao Road and I had no skin allergies. It is very good in terms of hygiene.
Environment: The location of the hotel is good. It is surrounded by a small river. After dinner, you can go for a walk or run by the river. There is a shopping mall inside the hotel and there are many places to eat. It is very convenient. Parking is free and the hotel staff are also very nice.
Service: The front desk service is warm. When I got to the hotel in the car, there was a young lady who helped me carry my luggage to the hotel front desk. She was very attentive and enthusiastic and patient when checking in. A hotel experience worth the money

GGuest UserOverall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Given the hot weather, they even provided complimentary drinks in the fridge. The front desk service was excellent and very attentive. The hotel's location is great, very close to the company I was visiting for my business trip. The little robot was quite convenient and smart; if you needed anything, you'd just tell the front desk, and the robot would deliver it right to your room. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of greenery, and the small garden at the back was perfect for a comfortable stroll.
