The environment of Yifei in the West Bank Park is really very good. I stayed in a twin room with a terrace, facing the CCTV cinema. There are many big factories. When I opened the window, I could hear the music played in the business district of Xi'an. It felt very comfortable to live here. Service: The service provided by the lady at the front desk, Lucy Mengqi, was very good. She answered all my questions patiently. Hygiene: The hygiene of Yifei and the materials used in the hotel furniture and bedding are always very good, very clean and new I lived in Shenzhen many times at that time. I especially liked Yifei. This time I went on a business trip to the West Bund Park in Shanghai. I saw Yifei next to me and placed an order with my eyes closed. Still very reliable services and facilities However, the afternoon tea set for two seems to have never been delivered. I don’t know what the situation is, but the overall impact is not significant. 

The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities. The service is excellent, enthusiastic and efficient. Basically, we can meet all your needs. Lucy showed us room 16 first. It was very good. We chose this room directly. Check-out was very convenient. Taylor opened the water bill in advance and checked out faster. We were very satisfied with our stay!!!

The overall facilities and environment are very good. The location is great, just opposite the West Coast Dream Center. The room facilities are also good, but a little small. There are only 20 to 30 river view rooms, which are not available. The toiletries are the same as those of the Four Seasons Hotel, which can be understood as a high-end version of the Four Seasons. The price is reasonable during normal times, and it is a bit high when encountering large-scale exhibitions, but it is a good choice considering the overall location.

The room is elegantly decorated, fully equipped, and the bed is soft and comfortable, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The hotel staff has excellent service attitudes, whether it is the front desk reception or the cleaning staff, they are all polite and helpful. In terms of catering, the hotel provides a rich variety of breakfasts, which taste quite good and can meet the taste needs of different guests. The equipment in the gym and swimming pool are very new and very comfortable to use. Overall, this hotel has left a deep impression on people in terms of hardware facilities and service quality, and it is a very pleasant stay experience.

Definitely will stay in Pullman Shanghai South again. The bed is comfortable and very convenient location. Most important the hotel's customer service was first class, David was very friendly and approachable. He helped organised taxi services and gave lots of information to help make this trip a success.

There is a guy at the front desk named Eddie Zhang who is very good and patient. I want to thank him very much! The stay is very comfortable and the price is very competitive.

The bathroom has conditioner, the makeup mirror has a light, and it is thoughtful for girls. The room is good. You can upgrade the room for free. The hotel facilities are more intelligent. The switch of each light is marked and easy to mark.

The location is a bit remote. It takes at least ten minutes to walk to the nearest subway station. During the summer vacation, house prices have risen. The room is not very big. There are a lot of hairs on the floor. The hygiene is average. The robot food delivery is very novel and the service attitude is quite good. I couldn't watch the TV and asked them to deal with it. They finally helped me adjust the TV. This is worthy of praise, but I don't recommend staying there. The transportation is too inconvenient and there is nothing around. 600 per night is not particularly worth it. Forgot to take the picture. Absolutely true review.

The location was very convenient. The breakfast was very good and the dining area very clean. The rooms were clean and a good size. Also, the staff was very friendly.
