The sanitation and environment are not very good, but in Shanghai, the hotel at this price is already very good! The service is also very good! It is close to the subway station and convenient for travel. Anyway, the price-performance ratio is very high! I will book it next time!

The room was clean and well-equipped, perfectly suiting my needs. I particularly appreciated having a fridge, microwave, and washing machine, all of which I used – these are truly essential amenities when traveling in hot weather. The front desk service was also very attentive; I called them from the subway to request a 1 PM late check-out, and they readily agreed.

My stay at Atour Hotel Shanghai Daning International exceeded my expectations! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was drawn in by the warm, woody aroma and the scholarly atmosphere of the bookshelf area. When checking in, the front desk attendant proactively offered a hot towel and herbal tea, showing great attention to detail. The room's 'Zhuju' (bamboo dwelling) design was simple yet elegant, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The smart toilet and separate shower enhanced the comfort. The most pleasant surprise was the 24-hour reading area, which had a rich collection of books and was very quiet, allowing me to even get some work done late at night. The hotel has free parking, which is very convenient. The breakfast's Shanghainese soup dumplings and freshly ground coffee were as good as those from professional restaurants. Upon checkout, I even received a customized souvenir. The overall service was both warm and professional. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shanghai.

Yet, it didn't affect how quiet the room was at all. For this location, the value for money is absolutely unbeatable! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling independently.

Traveling with my parents and child, choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision! From the moment we walked in, they proactively helped us with our luggage and thoughtfully reminded us about the steps – the service was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. During check-in, the front desk lady saw that we were with seniors and a child, and specially upgraded us to a family room with bright windows. The room was spacious and well-lit, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a wonderfully comfortable sleep. The hotel's breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, offering both Chinese and Western options. Hot dishes, desserts, and fruits were all available. My parents loved the congee and side dishes, which suited their taste perfectly, and my child adored the delicious cakes and yogurt. The restaurant staff even proactively helped my child with cutlery – so thoughtful! The hotel's location is also fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk to the mall, and there are convenience stores and snack shops nearby, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. In our free time, we took strolls in Daning Lingshi Park nearby, which has lots of greenery and fresh air. It truly is a hidden gem of a hotel, offering peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle! The lobby was also very well-decorated and had a great ambiance.

It's also just a 10-minute walk to Metro Line 7, ensuring easy access to transportation. The new Chinese-style decor is simple yet cozy, and the rooms are spacious and tidy. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom features a dry and wet separation. The smart room control and mini-fridge are very practical. The service was warm and attentive throughout; the front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic, offering tea upon check-in and having a robot deliver meals, which was a lovely touch. The free laundry room and gym are also excellent amenities. Breakfast is rich and varied, served until 11 AM on weekends, and there's even complimentary porridge as a late-night snack. This hotel offers incredible value for money, perfect for both business and leisure travelers! As I was leaving, they even gave me a complimentary souvenir.

honestly speaking, the room is quite big and comfortable. however, the location is quite far from the city centre and attractions and the hotel’s amenities are quite limited and old. the washing machines and dryers were old and slow. one of the housekeeping auntie also chided us for asking for an additional bottle of water :( booked this for our last leg of our holidays but were quite surprised at how different the actual rooms are compared to the pictures. nonetheless, the receptionists were very friendly and made the stay much better :)

I originally booked a standard king room, but it was full, so the customer service upgraded me to a deluxe king room for free. The service attitude was excellent, and they actively resolved issues.
