The hotel looks good. The room also looks good. However, I kept on having to kill mosquitos in my room. For some unknown reason, it felt like I was invading the mosquitos room rather than it being my own during my stay. Having said that, the room is quite spacious and comfortable.

Bedroom: Very clean and minimal/modern interior design. The room and bathroom is complete with all the necessary items. Comfortable stay.
Check-in/out: Reached quite late at 11pm ish to check in, very seamless process handled by front desk. I also checked out early at 7am and had requested to have a takeaway breakfast, the package was quite nice and filling!
Location: Close to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport / Train Station (＜10 minutes drive) but not a walkable distance.

Positive: Overall is fine. The room was clean. The hotel provided transfer to the airport.
Negative: No one speaks English at the reception. The breakfast was not good. I mentioned in the comments that I needed a non-smoking room, but I was given a room with a terrible smell of smoke. After that, I asked them to change the number, and they did.

Stay here regularly, a family favourite. Helpful staff. Close to food restaurants and water town. Outdoor pool is perfect when open in the summer so this time of year was nice to sit outside with baby to play in the sun. Changing room facilities need updating and ensure all working. Can’t wait to go back!

for such a cheap price I was extremely surprised with how large the room sizes were, the staff were incredibly helpful and explained how I could get food delivery to the hotel room which whilst I new how to already I'm sure many travellers won't and would appreciate the staff's kindness. the hotel location is quite far away from the city centre and metro infrastructure so taxing is a must but for me this wasn't too much hassle. for budget travellers looking for somewhere clean with great service at the great price thats close to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport this hotel is perfect!

If you need to be near from the airport or railway Hongqiao, HUB or CBD is really convenient this hotel. You are near but in a peaceful area. You cross the street and can use the underground road, so you avoid the noise, rain or hot and arrive to rhe HUB
The staff that’s made my check in was not friendly and both ladies didn’t speak Chinese, I know is my bad, but they near from an international convention area!
The room is cozy and the bed really comfortable, the pillows were too soft for me. They need to improve the cleanliness, under the wardrobe, I saw garbage and a pumpkin seed (not mine because I don’t like it) I asked for a room away from the lift and I was between the two elevators areas 😒 I asked too for a room smoking free and smells a little, at night was smelling, I guess smoking is possible in an adjoining room

GGuest UserThe hotel booked on this trip was really good. I only knew that the hotel was newly renovated with the front desk staff. It was very clean and the rest area was very warm. The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic and helped me with my luggage.  The room facilities are very complete, air conditioning, TV is also very good, smart toilet, zero pressure mattress, memory pillow is very comfortable to sleep,  I will recommend it to my friends next time, the bus at the door is also very convenient, like 👍👍

Shopping malls and restaurants are nearby, and there are generous member discounts. I'll definitely stay again on my next business trip.

EExpatiRimIs the third time that we stay at this hotel an it never disappoints. Is the perfect hotel if you want to stay near Hongqiao station or the airport and it has plenty of dining options around and things to do. The line 2 takes you straight away to the city center and to PVG airport if needed, but bear in mind that PVG airport is very far from here. The hotel breakfast is well balanced with many options, both local and western. The service, gym, pool and amenities are on point. Spacious rooms, nicely cleaned and comfortable. Definitely will come back next time I stop in SH again.

GGuest UserBecause our family stayed at Orange when we went to Beijing, the children liked it and we felt it was good in all aspects. We also stayed at Orange when we came to Shanghai. The first Orange was the Shanghai Zhongshan South Road branch. It was time to go home and live near Hongqiao Airport, so I didn't search for other hotels, but directly searched for Orange. The appearance looked good. The oranges at the front desk also looked like oranges, but they were not juicy and not tasty. There were no orange soft candies or small cookies. To be honest, I was quite disappointed when I entered the room. It didn't feel like the style of Orange, just like a copycat version! Before coming, I told my children to go to another Orange and play with Xiaodu, but there was no Xiaodu either. The decoration was dark and old. I didn't check the paper towels in the room. There were only five or six sheets, which were not enough to wipe my mouth after a meal. We left in the middle of the night so we didn't ask the waiter for more. Also, there were two bottles of Nongfu on the table in the room. At first glance, they were good. I looked carefully and one bottle was full, and the other bottle was a little less. It was opened by someone... The cleaning staff didn't do their job well. There were also toiletries in the bathroom. I took a photo. All three bottles gave people the feeling that they were left over. Only the front desk staff was good, enthusiastic and thoughtful!

JJapzz SingsonThis is my second time around to stay here in the hotel.. easy access for MRT its not hard to find and theres a lot of cheap and good food around the area there is near bank that you can withdraw.. people and staff their are so accomodating and they assist what you need. I think i loke they clean your room everyday and they chnage your towel and other amenities.
