Great location, very near to NECC venue, accessible by underpass at level B2 that brings us straight to the exhibition center. Also near a few shopping malls with lots of food choices. Room is clean and spacious. Bed comes with remote control that can raise different parts of the bed for a comfortable position. Hotel is very new, hope it will continue to maintain this standard.

I stayed at the hotel while visiting an exhibition in Shanghai. The location of the hotel is very convenient, not far from the subway, the train station and the exhibition complex. It's very convenient to stay in the ancient town when you are on a business trip. It's not far to take the bus to the surrounding areas. The guy at the front desk upgraded me to a room with a view for free. I was very satisfied with the stay.

The hotel’s location is a bit off main street. Also, the rooms we got on a street level floor, lots of mosquitoes found and bit us, on top of that the refrigerator was not cool at all, let a lone cold, worse still the laundry dryer did not m function at all that we ended wasting 2.5hrs twice in the middle of the night which we had to redo it at our next Orange Hotel destination in Suzhou Railway Station
