Arrived midnight, check in smooth and receptionist kind to see we were tired gave room near elevator. Friendly and stayed overnight before heading out 8AM for my train. Overall it is worth it if you need to stay night or frequent use as a place to stay while u explore the surrounding or town. About 8to10mins didi ride to train station. Very thoughtful to have ear plugs etc. I am not light sleeper but this is thoughtful for hotel to prepare. And reception gave my kid a key chain as farewell gift when checking out. Overall recommended for price point and services offered.

what a amazing staff thy have mainly ”Ms. Sonya” she helped us midnight (our arrival) to settle us camly as w e had rought time reaching hotel. (Holiday Inn Hongqiou WEST & Holiday Inn Hongqiou BOTH are different hotels) - Sonya helped us to order food and gave amazing comfort to kids. Breakfast was not upto mark of the hotel and break fast staff need to improve. Pan Cake the basic was not available. Close to airprot.

The prices in Shanghai are expensive, and this price is a reasonable price for the local area. The hotel is very new, with complete facilities and a large area. It is indeed a standard three-star hotel, not inferior to the Four Seasons. It is close to the airport, and there is noise from the takeoff and landing of airplanes, but it is not enough to affect sleep. I didn't have the breakfast because I left early.

Very good, very cost-effective! The room is fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, suitable for business trips and family trips. There are restaurants and convenience stores downstairs, and a steamed bun shop opposite. It is close to the airport and subway, very convenient.

The newly opened hotel is comfortable to live in, the lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The room is clean, tidy and spacious, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is rich in variety, the Xiaoma rice cake and Hefu noodles are super good, the new store has opened and there are discounts and cheap prices

A very nice, clean and tidy, amazing hotel on the 5th floor. It is very close, like across the street close, to an enormous mall where you can buy groceries, shop expensive watches, eat at the various restaurants. You can also train at the fantastic gym on B1.
The hotel has an awesome laundry with washing machine and dryer, there is a coffee machine at the front desk and also a shared small fridge. Last but not least, the line 9 subway entrance is just on the front door, so you can get anywhere in SH without even getting wet on o rainy day.
I will most definitely come back for sure!

It's very convenient to stay in the ancient town when you are on a business trip. It's not far to take the bus to the surrounding areas. The guy at the front desk upgraded me to a room with a view for free. I was very satisfied with the stay.

Great stay experience! The hotel enjoys a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The front desk reception was warm and professional, and the check-in was efficient and orderly. GGuest UserMy colleague's home is nearby, so I stayed there for a day. I stayed on the third floor, and the soundproofing was really bad. Just after I lay down, the guest on my left woke up Xiaodu, which ended up waking up the bed next to me (maybe there was something wrong with his room, there was no sound). Later, the guest on the right woke up *******, and the sound was still clear... I also understood why earplugs were provided in the room...

GGuest UserI booked a business king room with a small river outside the window and a nice view. The room is not very big, but it is well-equipped and hygienic. There is a robot to deliver takeaways upstairs. The soundproofing is a bit poor. Overall, the price/performance ratio is good.

GGuest UserI stayed for 4 nights during the exhibition. I really don’t recommend it. It was past 10:30 on the first night and the police station came to check the room. I just asked the name of the guest and how many people were staying. In addition, the singing voice in the KTV downstairs is very loud. Every day until four o'clock in the morning, I don't know if it is the KTV or the people in the bathing center. There are also many people chatting loudly every night. I was woken up at three o'clock in the morning for several nights. I asked the hotel The front desk said it was from KTV. The hotel wash basin smells bad.

LLarry219Really good hotel, this price during May 1st is very conscience. When I booked, I saw some bad reviews and some sputum. After I checked in, I was a surprise. The sanitation facilities were very good. The hotel supplies should have been replaced recently and the front desk service attitude was good. Sound insulation is really not very good, the corridor can be heard, but I didn't hear the noise at night.
