Excellent hotel. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The room was spacious, with great amenities, pretty, and a great value for money. The whole staff team we met were super kind and friendly, always ready to help kindly. The services are top notch. The receptionist, the butler sister, the restaurant staff were all very kind, welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and very friendly and kind services. Breakfast selection is plenty and tasty. The hotel provides free laundry service too which was super. We have used Yunhe Yebo hotel in Xi'an and another branch near Pudong airport and their standard is all great. will use this hotel brand again when I go to China. At check-out, we were given cute gifts as well. Amazing hotel!
This time, I arrived at the Shama Hotel in Shanghai, where the front desk staff, Angel Zhu, provided exceptionally attentive service. Whether it was the arrangement of the room or the introduction to the surrounding environment, she made me feel thoroughly valued. She swiftly completed the check-in process for me and escorted me to my room. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai. The room was spacious and bright, with a decor that elegantly blended modern style with the charm of old Shanghai. The interior was meticulously arranged. Looking out from the window, whether it was the bustling traffic during the day or the dazzling lights at night, I was utterly enchanted. The gym also allowed me to maintain a healthy lifestyle and enjoy relaxation. If you have the chance to visit Shanghai, don’t miss out on this experience. I believe it will offer you a uniquely memorable stay.
I’ve been guest of the hotel multiple times, i got a loft room. 3nights stay, my room hasen’t been clean. The electric curtains were not working, the stairs light switch wasn’t working either. I’m not happy with the service this time.
What happened?
Also: STOP throwing away the slippers! I rather find my slippers downstairs instead of going all the way upstairs to open a new pair of slippers! You bin the slippers and yet don’t make up the bed nor sweep the floor. Not good. I’m sorry to say so. I hope next time these issues will be fixed.

I chose to travel to Lishui during the Dragon Boat Festival. My boyfriend and another couple chose to stay here. Because we are close, we stayed in a family suite this time. There are two separate rooms, each with a large space. The whole suite is enough for four people to move around, but there is only one bathroom and one shower room, so you need to queue up hahahaha. The living room downstairs is also very large, which is very suitable for playing board games, watching TV and playing games together! The lady boss also enthusiastically recommended us surrounding tours, and the breakfast was very rich! The four of us ate so much that we didn't finish it.
Really enjoyed my stay at Orange Hotel. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved that they offer free pickup from the train station and a free drop-off to the airport—super convenient. Great location too—close to everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again!
The advantage of this hotel is that it is opposite the Putuo District Central Hospital. It is convenient for family members to stay here for hospitalization. The service of this hotel is very good. If there is something, call the front desk to handle it immediately. The bathroom in the room is three-separated, which is very convenient and well decorated. The key is that you can park for free and wash clothes for free. The sofa in the lobby is very comfortable, and there is free tea and free coffee every day. The staff member Wang Yan asked him to deal with the matter and he was able to solve it satisfactorily and promptly. This hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended.
The room is clean and odorless, the air conditioning is very powerful, there is an underground parking space, the service is friendly, although the hotel is in Putuo District, it is not far from Yuyuan, Wukang Road, Huaihai Road, and New World
The hotel is easy to find. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the subway station. The room is warmly decorated. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. There is also a robot to deliver meals. It is very convenient
Needed a hotel in an area I had never been to before and this one did the job! Out of the way of the main attractions, but certainly some nice things around regardless. Good beds and pillows, nice staff, and a relatively simple check in process.
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The service was excellent—the staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is also a major plus: it’s just a 10-minute walk to the subway station and about the same distance to Venice city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, there’s a mall nearby with a wide variety of restaurants, which was perfect for dining and shopping.
However, I did notice that some of the lights in the room were not working, which was a bit inconvenient, especially in the evenings. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s something the hotel should address to improve the overall experience.
**Pros:**
- Excellent service
- Great location (10 mins to subway and Venice city)
- Close to a mall with many restaurants
**Cons:**
- Some lights in the room were not working
Despite the minor issue with the lights, I would recommend this hotel for its fantastic service and prime location. With a little maintenance, it could easily be a 5-star experience!

GGuest UserA perfect stay experience beyond expectations! Highly recommended!
This stay is really satisfactory! From the moment you enter the door, you can feel the hotel's attentiveness:
1. Excellent location: convenient transportation, close to Meiling North Road subway station, and there are delicious food along the street
2. Thoughtful service: The front desk was warm and professional, checked in quickly, and upgraded the room type for free!
3. The room is comfortable: the bedding is clean and soft, the sound insulation is good, the bathroom facilities are high-end, the hot water temperature is just right and the water pressure is also very high.
LLiloaThe hotel is nice and very clean. Spacious room.
Delicious breakfast (western and Chinese).
the bed is comfortable.
I recommend this hotel.
Just please: reduce the AC temperature, it's really hot inside the room.
For some people it's okay but for me I cannot sleep if the room temperature is above 26.
otherwise, I will come back again, next time, I visit Shanghai.
GGuest UserVery satisfied stay experience, the lobby is large, the environment is very good, the front desk service is good, the check-in is fast, the room facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, I prefer the room with a wide view 1, specially let the front desk help me arrange this floor-to-ceiling window room, the experience is very good, also help free late check-out, Very good!
KK-AnnDefinitely an okay place to stay on a low budget.
Close to metro but not the best area in town.
Small but well designed room.
Sadly very smelly sewerage, and also cardboard walls... You can hear all neighbours.
GGuest UserYes, a beautiful lady at the front desk gave me an energy pack that day. On the first day of my stay, the room next door was very noisy. The front desk arranged for people to contact those hotels but they didn't work. Some people's quality was really poor. I couldn't sleep until after 1 a.m. that day. A beautiful lady at the front desk should be the person in charge. She booked another room for me that day and changed the room the next day. The room had a window and a refrigerator. Thumbs up to this beautiful lady, but the little boy at the front desk was a bit incompetent. He measured the height of the child and said there was no room for change. It was only thanks to the beautiful lady next to us that we were able to change the room.
GGuest UserIn the Hilton official app, you can only pay by credit card, not online.
It is located in a residential community, and is adjacent to old and dilapidated residential buildings on both sides. There is no privacy at all in the room without drawing the curtains.
A 200 yuan deposit is required for check-in... I suddenly felt like I was back ten or twenty years ago
Unlike other Hilton hotels I've stayed in, this one only provided drinking water, no mineral water, and the refrigerator was empty.
The room is basically not soundproofed. The auntie who cleans the room in the morning was discussing business loudly outside the door...Shouldn't she complete the training and assessment before taking up the job?
The laundry room is very crowded, and can only accommodate two people at most. Washing clothes smells bad. When drying clothes, I saw another experienced customer who may have lived here for a long time washing clothes in the sink...
The breakfast was also eye-opening, with few varieties. Except for the noodles cooked to order, the rest was really not as good as some chain hotels that cost three or four hundred yuan. The restaurant is still open to the public, and aunties and uncles who live nearby are sitting there in groups of three or four eating!
GGuest UserThe room is very clean, the service is very good, and the price is not high. It is very suitable for a person traveling here. There is a noodle shop and supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. If you are looking for a cost-effective hotel, you can come to this hotel
AAnonymous UserAdvantages: very close to the subway, comfortable room, active and enthusiastic manager service, very infectious, the aunt in the linen room is also very good, comprehensive cost-effective.
The only fly in the ointment is that the room is small, the toilet and shower are small, there is no elevator, but there are 2 floors high, the price is there, don't be too picky.
There is also the problem of rain drainage, which is the reason for the floor drain. Just lift the floor drain. It is recommended that the hotel replace it.
