This is the most comfortable express hotel i have ever stayed.
Im allergic and sensitive to dust and their room had so little dust, this is what i like the most. They upgraded my room to king size, thank you very much.
The breakfast was ok, it would be better if you put ”no pork” sign.
If you take metro it is on line 15, stop at North Meiling Road, get out on exit 5 turn left.
Nothing much to see around it because it is in business area but there is T mall next to it if you are looking for something to eat.

Really enjoyed my stay at Orange Hotel. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Easy to find location, 5 - 10 minutes walk from the subway station. The room is decent and well equipped. The breakfast is quite good.

The Orange Crystal Hotel is such a pleasant surprise! The guest rooms are simple and elegant, and the smart toilet, electric curtains and other facilities are very considerate. Lying on the cloud-like big bed can instantly relieve stress. The front desk service is warm and professional. The room was large, and it felt like it could easily accommodate a family of four, perfect for active children. The bed was very comfortable, and even had a small towel elephant folded by the hotel staff. Our child was very fond of the bed, and he fell asleep quickly. I was worried that he wouldn't be able to sleep, but the earplugs we brought were useless. The room was well soundproofed, and the towels and bedding were fresh and clean. The hotel's breakfast was very rich and delicious, and even picky children could eat well. The front desk even gave the children candy when they checked out. For parents bringing children to the hospital, this hotel is very convenient and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserWe stumbled upon the hotel's grand opening. Hyman, the hotel's housekeeping director, called two days in advance to inquire about room requirements and even presented beautiful flowers upon arrival, much to my mother's delight. The hotel thoughtfully placed our rooms on the same floor and even upgraded them. Since it's a new hotel, there's still a bit of a renovation feel, but they thoughtfully placed air purifiers in the hallways. The rooms use Xiaodu smart speaker control; simply shout ”Xiaodu” to access any requests. There's also a gym and laundry room on the first floor, complete with an arcade machine, perfect for working out or playing games while waiting for laundry. Breakfast is on the 28th floor, and the menu is varied and delicious. The food manager diligently solicited guest feedback, and my younger brother commented that the mixed noodles on the second day were much better than the first. The hotel is a 500-meter walk from Metro Line 14, making it convenient for visiting attractions like Jing'an Temple, the First National Congress Site, and Yu Garden. Thank you again to the hotel staff for your hospitality, especially Director Hyman. I'd love to stay again.

GGuest UserYes, a beautiful lady at the front desk gave me an energy pack that day. On the first day of my stay, the room next door was very noisy. The front desk arranged for people to contact those hotels but they didn't work. Some people's quality was really poor. I couldn't sleep until after 1 a.m. that day. A beautiful lady at the front desk should be the person in charge. She booked another room for me that day and changed the room the next day. The room had a window and a refrigerator. Thumbs up to this beautiful lady, but the little boy at the front desk was a bit incompetent. He measured the height of the child and said there was no room for change. It was only thanks to the beautiful lady next to us that we were able to change the room.

It is located in a residential community, and is adjacent to old and dilapidated residential buildings on both sides. There is no privacy at all in the room without drawing the curtains.
A 200 yuan deposit is required for check-in... I suddenly felt like I was back ten or twenty years ago
Unlike other Hilton hotels I've stayed in, this one only provided drinking water, no mineral water, and the refrigerator was empty.
The room is basically not soundproofed. The auntie who cleans the room in the morning was discussing business loudly outside the door...Shouldn't she complete the training and assessment before taking up the job?
The laundry room is very crowded, and can only accommodate two people at most. Washing clothes smells bad. When drying clothes, I saw another experienced customer who may have lived here for a long time washing clothes in the sink...
The breakfast was also eye-opening, with few varieties. Except for the noodles cooked to order, the rest was really not as good as some chain hotels that cost three or four hundred yuan. The restaurant is still open to the public, and aunties and uncles who live nearby are sitting there in groups of three or four eating!
