It's pretty terrible. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and there were all sorts of little issues with the room.
The staff was very nice and professional. But the building itself has issues.

Nasty, roaches in rooms. Rooms not clean at all, dirt on walls and dirty fridge and microwave. Nothing but a bunch of ************ running the place and staying there.

Cigarettes smell all over the place; very old air condition with loud noise (hard to sleep in the night). Stay out of the place; pay extra $20-$30 and there are plenty of nice hotels around.

There were cockroaches, squeaky loud bed, unsafe bathtub for shower, wide enough to stand with 2 feet side by side. Poor condition. Do not stay here. Sketchy environment.
