During our stay at Conrad Shenyang, the exceptional service truly impressed us. While the hotel’s location, facilities, and stunning views are fantastic, it’s the thoughtful care from the staff that made our visit unforgettable.
When my daughter fell ill and missed breakfast, Room Division Manager Robert kindly set aside some bread for her. The Front Office Guest Services Manager helped arrange medication and even coordinated with the restaurant to prepare millet porridge outside regular hours.
Special thanks to Night Guest Services Manager Tom and his team, who went out of their way to assist us with an urgent matter involving local government. Their care made us, as overseas Chinese, feel truly at home.
This wonderful experience has deepened our love for China. We are very grateful and highly recommend Conrad Shenyang to all travelers.

Hotel location is OK, close to Zhongjie, but take a taxi to the nearby traffic jam. It is best to come by subway.
Breakfast requires a meal coupon, the fact is that the front desk did not give it. Almost can't eat.
Overall, if the price is not particularly expensive, accept everything.

NNuonuoxiaIt takes less than an hour to get to the hotel from the airport, which is not too close, but there is no traffic jam on the road. The hotel heating temperature is suitable. I booked a boutique standard twin room in the villa area and received 2 hot spring tickets for free on the day of check-in. The hotel is 70 square meters, has an indoor hot spring, and a relatively large living room area, making the stay more comfortable. The day we checked in was New Year's Eve, and the hotel even sent us dumplings, which were delicious. For hotel takeout, you can order from Lawson which has good reviews. There are also ice sculptures in the hotel, and the hotpot pork in the bathing center restaurant is also quite delicious and not expensive. The bathing center is very large so it's not crowded at all. Many people set off fireworks on New Year's Eve, which is full of New Year flavor and a great experience.

Service wise - there is no front desk. You got to collect the keys according to instructions sent over wechat. The person could have sent instruction early to prevent customers getting lost at what to do.

Amenities - there is a 24 hr mart down below which is very convenient.

You can walk to the Forbidden City, the Marshal's Mansion, Liu Laogen and other places. Chang'an Temple is just across the wall. You can buy all kinds of things in the supermarket in Shenyang Commercial Plaza. There are all kinds of food near the hotel; 2. The room service staff is good. We didn't have enough water to drink, so they gave us two more bottles every day. The breakfast was also good, combining Chinese and Western food, so we could eat our fill every day; 3. The sound insulation is good and we can sleep quietly. Disadvantages: It has been too long since it was upgraded. The room facilities are still the same as 20 years ago. Although they are old, the texture is still there. However, the mattress I slept on collapsed. There was a thick cloth inside, and it was obviously uneven. This is unacceptable. I hope it will be improved.
