The room hygiene is very poor! There was cigarette ashes on one bed, and the second sheet was so unclean it made me feel sick! Moreover, the room is not as beautiful as the picture describes, and the sound insulation effect is not good! The worst hotel experience and the charges are so high!

I didn't think twice about booking a hotel at the beginning. I saw it was quite cheap at 108 yuan, so I booked it. However, when I went to the front desk of the hotel, I was told that I needed a teacher's ID or student ID to check in. At that time, I also asked the front desk if I needed to cancel the order. The front desk (male) told us that we didn't need it, so we left without checking in or canceling the order. As a result, a female customer service called us at 05:22 in the morning the next day and told us that we needed to cancel the order immediately, otherwise we would not be able to cancel the order. I mean fees will be deducted. There is no consideration for the feelings of consumers, and the environment is just average. The service is extremely poor. I remember that there was no shower gel in the room I checked in last time, so I asked for some shower gel and it took about ten minutes. Bad review! Bad review! Bad review!

I read reviews about cleanliness, but when I went to the top floor room, I found that the carpet and walls were filthy, and there was a peculiar smell. When I returned to the room at night, I even found cockroaches. I went downstairs and communicated with the front desk to ask for a room with an acceptable environmental environment. They were very cooperative. Although it was still shabby, it was okay to spend the night. Originally, we could delay check-out at 2 pm, but we left immediately when we woke up. The experience was really bad, and they were charged 180 yuan, which was simply unacceptable.

看了好多家公寓，才選擇這一家，環境優美位置好交通 方便房間舒適衞生服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，性價比高。公寓離深圳北站很近，周邊美食一條街吃飯的地方很多設施很人性化，窗外風景好。大廳也很不錯很多擺件都很好看房問沒有異味，已經住過很多次啦。每天酒店都會通風，做的非常好。酒店還有自助的洗衣機24小時提供洗衣服的服務，入佳期間可以免費停車，確實沒得説，推薦推薦推薦!工作人員服務態度很好，客氣也有禮貌，挑不出毛病，會推薦給朋友的體驗感非常不錯，分泌了超多多巴胺，超級快樂!整體不錯，店裡放的音樂上也很不錯，讓人心情非常好，去附近購物非常方便，有大型的廣場。

很舒適的入住體驗。住了三四天。前台的姑娘細心熱情有禮貌，洗衣服很方便。房間很大，乾淨整潔，設備齊全，做清潔的阿姨工作也認真負責。附近離地鐵站很近，出行也很方便。公寓入住是很安靜安靜。有寬闊的免費停車場，停車很方便

之前都是住連鎖酒店，很少住這種公寓，看到這家官網圖片挺新穎的，特意過來試試，公寓位置很好找，距離地鐵站很近，床頭柔軟舒適，尤其是枕頭很舒服，衞生間也很大，很乾凈，熱水充足，一次性洗漱用品包裝完好，還有管家服務，很耐心，非常不錯。

入住的很晚了，老闆特別好説話，給還我免費升級了房間，滿意！房間設備施全，附近吃飯方便，就在地鐵口邊上，前台小姐姐服務很周到，主動向我打招呼，挺禮貌的。床上用品比較乾淨的，按價格性價比算是比較高了

這地方挺熱鬧的，吃飯，逛街，買東西都很方便。最喜歡樓下這個小吃街了。擺這種小攤特別喜歡。公寓有電梯，前台還幫忙拿行李。前台就在一樓大堂，挺大氣的，不比酒店差，出差過來的，有機會再來了

跟朋友出來玩選擇了這家城邦，果然沒有失望。房間很精緻，乾淨整潔，隔音效果也很好，離地鐵站很近，附近有便利店，前台友善，有問必答，推薦推薦
