Shangri-La Hotels in Shenzhen

Excellent service from every single staff interaction we had, especially at horizon club - exactly what you'd expect from a Shangri-la property. Room was clean and comfy with their generous pillow selection. Lobby is currently decked out in festive cheer and looks fantastic. My slight disappointment was with the food - Horizon club food felt a bit lacking in selection and quality (sandwiches and pastries tasted a bit stale), especially compared to the Hong Kong Shangs. Breakfast quality and spread was definitely a bit lacklustre.

Our experience at the hotel was wonderful! The staff’s attention to detail made our baby shower celebration truly special, and we are so grateful for their efforts. The hotel itself was elegant and beautifully designed, creating a perfect atmosphere for our stay. During our two-night visit, we enjoyed a great selection of breakfast options and found the gym facilities to be exceptional—a real treat for fitness enthusiasts. It was a fantastic stay overall! Most convenient hotel when you have a great staycation from Hong Kong. Easy accessible at a short walking distance from Luohu MTR. Many food options around, and great dim sum restaurants very close. Other areas are easily accessible by MTR on line 1! Highly recommended!
