Very good experience. My girls and I had a really good time. They let us have late check out until 3 pm so my girls can swim at the indoor swimming pool. Service at the lounge is good too. Annie Xu’s service is outstanding. We will stay again for sure!

Very good and very helpful staff. Location was very convenient to many eateries, shopping and places to stroll and relax. Facilities in the hotel was very good too. Allowed late check out till 2 pm. Breakfast choice was excellent too. Will surely come back. Although I did mention it was for my anniversary celebration, sadly nothing special was done 😞. Otherwise it was great

Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

The hotel rooms are located on the 5th and 6th floors of the building, and the breakfast restaurant is on the 22nd floor. Security is very strict, with security guards and gate guards at the front and back, so takeout can only be delivered to the front desk of the hotel or the takeout cabinet at the back of the building. The facilities in the room are a bit dated, but they are still clean and tidy. The location advantage is obvious. At the door of the building is Futian Metro Exit 3b, which leads to Futian High-speed Railway Station. It only takes 5 minutes to walk. The breakfast can't be said to be rich in variety. It's similar to a normal workplace canteen. It's more Chinese-style. It's clean and you can take care of yourself. A good kid is not picky about food!

The balcony door could not be closed, and the bedding and other items were piled up, and they did not enter. The room is not very good, there is no sunlight. The temperature outside is 28 degrees, and the room will feel cold when sleeping. There is a bed that is blocked by a screen in the living room and cannot sleep. As a result, 2 people squeezed in a room, and a bed was still a wire bed. If the old and new are not high in hygiene requirements, this price may be a good deal. The projector is good and very clear. Customer service will answer all questions.
