床上全是毛屑，牀頭櫃茶几桌面都是水漬，感覺就是沒有擦，最不能忍受的是床頭電話機和櫃子上都是白色的片狀物體，也不知道是啥，洗漱台上的水龍頭上都是陳年水漬，找總枱換客房後，除了床上稍微乾淨點外，其餘的都一樣，都是水漬和白色的片裝物體，淋浴間的洗漱用品都是剩的半瓶，一看就是之前客人用過的留底，然後我又找總枱要，新客房的電話還是壞的，真的絕了，石家莊9也是省會城市，沒住如家7天，就是想要衞生過關，當然住越貴的越好，但是3百的酒店最起碼的衞生都不過關，這也太離譜了，真是勸退！

酒店前台服務熱情周到，地理位置很好，距離萬達廣場，火車頭夜市都挺近，酒店環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔，但是個別細節衞生有待提高，停車方便

進房間以後有個白色條狀的掉了下來 瓶裝水是也空的 ，給服務枱打電話説明此事。接電話的是位女士 她説礦泉水可能是服務員忘了 白色條狀的東西 她安排人員過來看看。洗手盆與洗手枱的連接處是漏的 衹要洗臉水開的稍微大了一點 水就會濺出來 然後從洗手盆的縫隙中漏下來…… 導致在最下層的鞋裡都有水。這是入住麗楓以來問題最多的一家。
