我都無語了，明明行程有變，無法入住，聯繫電話聯繫不上，通過別的渠道得來電話，前台往平台推託，平台聯繫也一直不接。明明沒有入住，強行扣款辦理。簡直就是無語😑。前台態度還很惡劣，電話接了沒兩句話就掛了電話兩次！一點也不像服務行業。這麼多年住酒店，唯一一次遇到這麼無語的事件！相當於沒有入住直接扣款消費！！！！！

#老闆服務差。在這住了好多天，因為酒店附近有點偏僻沒有打印社，需要打印幾張東西，就詢問酒店的老闆娘，當時回覆很大氣，説可以幫忙打印🤡，當時感覺老闆娘也很大氣，可以值得常住。於是晚上讓前台一個小夥幫忙打印幾張東西，前台很客氣的幫忙打印了，快打印完的時候老闆娘來了，很硬氣的給前台小夥來了一句收費一元一張，整的我們兩個好尷尬。錢不錢還無所謂，主要老闆娘，當時一套現在一套的感覺好膈應人啊😅，之前大氣回覆説幫忙，晚上就好像不認識了一樣。第二天一早直接退房拉黑換一家，拜拜👋。盡然都拉黑了，我就説一下酒店隔音太差了，這個不信的人自己去感受吧😅
