Three days in to our holiday and so far everything about the hotel is great From food entertainment and all the hard working staff always on hand to keep us informed and catered fir....special mention to murat at the pool always on hand bringing the drinks

Such a friendly hotel! Nothing is too much trouble. The more mature lady who works in the bistro and creates lovely ice creams is so lovely. Hasan, speedy gonzallis round the pool loves his job and is a fun character. Aerobics lady is lovely too. Reluctant to mention specific people as we could easily miss other worthy staff out. Rooms cleaned to a high standard. The 'ambiance' of the hotel is super, providing relaxation and fun when you need it. Thank you Team Paloma, you truly are a team and trust that you continue to shine brightly!! PS Well done staff round pool area who cleared/cleaned the area after a stormy day!

We have recently arrived for the second time and we are one again so pleased with the service around the pool from Murat! He has been attentive and friendly from the minute we arrived at the pool. We have had drinks flowing all day in full holiday mode and the staff make the experience even better Thanks Murat!

Exalent bar staff named Murat great very helpful thankyou would definitely come back here again great for kids lots to do very clean lovely decor and everyone very friendly and helpful nice temperature pools the food is excellent and very fresh

Hanife and umutcan in the pool bar are amazing always there when u need a drink brilliant service hotel room lovely pools are amazing this is our second time here the food has really improved my husband lives in the cake shop 🤣 till next time xx

Just returned from yet another wonderful holiday at Paloma Perissia in Side. The staff here are all amazing, always friendly and willing to help. Zeynap on Reception you are the best :-) The food in the main restaurant is very good and we also ate at Wabi-Sabi and Quentine restaurants during our stay. This was our 12th stay at Perissia and once again it didn't disappoint. See you again next year Perissia.

Nice place, good servis, but not a some women there, food 2/10 everyday same food not meny choises, small kichen... hotel room is good, cleaning 4/10 kids swiming pool are ice cold not posible so play there, night show 5/10 drings terible....

Second time here! Respect for all the crew! Specials thanks for Lisa from Guest relations, and all hard working bar en restaurant men / women like Hanife, Hasan and the little big boss Nuri! One of the best all-inclusive resorts ever been! Will come back soon for sure!

We are currently staying at this hotel. When we arrived at the hotel the entrance is beautiful, but that’s about all that is. It looks extremely modern until you’re further into the hotel and it’s nothing but old and dated. Our room is ok, however to be greeted with blood stains on the floor near the bathroom is not only absolutely disgusting but extremely unhygienic. I have 2 young children, one who is crawling and could have easily had his mouth on the floor and caught anything from these blood stains. DISGUSTING!! I raised my concerns to reception who offered change rooms on the exact same floor, which was extremely inconvenient for myself and my family who had settled in the room and unpacked all of our clothing. I had no apology for the lack of care taken by housekeeping. His words were ‘I’ll get house keeping to come and clean it properly’ - should that not have been done correctly anyway??? I will never stay in this hotel again. ABSOLUTELY NOT 5*. Far from it! Wish me luck for the rest of my stay.
