A lot of surprises, the service attitude is super good, I don't understand why the score is only 4.2 points. As soon as I got off the taxi, a staff member came to ask if it was a guest. The answer was yes, a few staff members came to help carry the luggage. The equipment in the room is not clear how to use it, and a staff member came to deal with it immediately. The cleaning of the room is super clean, it is not an exaggeration to describe it as spotless. The feeling of living in an apartment is different from a hotel. There is a washing machine, you can do laundry, there is an induction cooker, you can cook your own food, and there is a refrigerator, everything is there, the room is large and fully equipped, it is really at home. Shopping is convenient. The pictures on the Internet are not as good as the actual rooms. It is recommended that you do your homework on the pictures. In short, if I live in Meimei, I will choose their apartment next time I go uphill. By the way, praise our Ctrip customer service MM, and repeatedly helped me to coordinate and communicate with the hotel for the request I provided, and the service attitude is also very good.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was amazing. The beds were just like ours at home. Our house keeper didn't speak English only Chinese but she was amazing and made our place look and smell amazing everyday. We would go to breakfast and by the time we got back our room was done. Decor is dated but it doesn't detract from how amazingly clean everything is. Din at reception was awesome on our arrival and only too happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and only a short walk to the MRT plus they have a shuttle that runs on a timetable to go to Orchard Rd. Overall a fantastic place.

I recently stayed at The Roberston House by The Crest collection and wanted to share my experience. While there were positive aspects, I encountered a couple of issues that affected my overall stay. Upon entering the room, I noticed bits and pieces of shattered glass on the floor. This was concerning as it posed a safety risk, and I recommend the hotel to pay extra attention to cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, the toilet door knob was faulty, making it inconvenient during my stay. I reported these issues to the hotel staff, and I must commend them for their responsiveness. Despite three complaints, the staff was kind enough to offer a room upgrade, which improved our experience significantly. This gesture demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. I appreciate the efforts made to address our concerns, and I hope the hotel continues to prioritize maintenance to ensure a seamless experience for all guests. We had a great week in our suite.Check in was smooth with a warm welcome from staff. Perfect being near to MRT and Orchard road so easy get around. Facilities very good with great pool and gym and many places to relax. Breakfast was good with a selection of food to satisfy anyone. We found all staff to be warm and friendly with a special mention to Megha who was exceptional. Would love to go back for longer.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

A wonderful and very convenient hotel to stay for anyone. The hotel ambience and room light and view of the busy city, yet the night light was also a delight. Take a walk to see Chinatown, the local Chinese food was delicious & (if U are able, try the durian and chendol) . Jus wanted to talk about the hotel breakfast, it was simple with both western and Chinese, but have to say, included was vege & cauliflower , one of the best ever . Kudos to the hotel. Cheers

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

Stayed there for a night fully paid using cash (not using singapore rediscover voucher) the boutique hotel is located just behind LKY Oxley home. Walking distance was 10 mins away from Orchard Central. The room is spacious and the toilet is clean. The hotel provides toiletries and we had our breakfast using the hotel voucher at Artisan Boulangerie Co located at Killiney Road which is 3 mins Walking distance with a choice of pastry and offered a top up of drink to large size at $1.05. The hotel is only a 2 storey property. Front desk staff was polite except that they were rushing through telling us the T&C and house rules of the hotel and there was a $100 deposit charged to my credit card which may take some time for the refund. Sound proof isn't that good as we keep hearing sounds of slamming door whenever someone opens their room door. Unfortunately the neighbour beside my room keeps singing like a crow and as the outerside of the showing area is partially enclosed, so we can hear it loud and clear in our room. Didn't get to use the pool due to the location as it is just right underneath the walkway to the lobby. There is no privacy as whoever enter or exit the hotel is able to just look down and that is where the pool is. Although it is clean and spacious but given the location and the condition of the hotel not being sound proof, I will not patronise again.

The trick is: good pictures on ***********, (but absolutely not honest pictures!), and a non-refundable fee on the total amount of the duration your stay - the reservation can’t be cancelled even if you don’t like what you see when you get there. Once you get to this place and see what you put yourself to, it’s too late, you need to pay the entire stay as is non-refundable/non-changeable (I booked via ***********). Unfortunately we had to endure our stay at Orchard “Grand Court” as we could not afford booking another hotel, spending again such a huge amount (2950,€ ). Towels are falling apart and stained, the smell in the air is of oily food, the bathroom is outdated and absolutely dirty, black fungus basically everywhere in the shower area and behind water tap, stained and cracked walls, it definitely needs fresh paint, even better, a whole make-over in order to make up for the price they ask and what they offer. This place should be asking for 1/4 of the price, as they’re billing the same as good hotel chains but can’t offer the minimum comfort and cleanliness!! For the same amount, you can stay at a way better places in Singapore! Don’t waste your money coming here. Overall is just a “hotel / serviced apartment” that doesn’t deserve one star. Even the pillows can’t be saved: place your head in the pillow to touch the mattress, you’d need to fold the pillow in two or to get a few of them in order to support the weight of your head a few centimeters up. Everything here is from the worse quality ever. Unfortunately, my daughter and I had to endure a 14 night stay at this place; I contacted *********** via phone and emails for several days and they didn’t come up with a solution. I’d be very happy to have moved hotels or to get a refund from the remaining of the nights so I could still try to save a few days of my holidays. That didn’t happen. *********** just spent my time on emails up and down, but offered absolutely no solution. (The payment was directly to the hotel, not to *********** but I believe *********** should be responsible for what they announce on their website). To continue giving you a picture of this place and make sure you’d never spend your money here, I give more feedback: the toilet paper desintegrares in your hands, the kitchen sink was dirty and full of spots when we arrived (old coffee from previous guests), the soap is a powerful detergent to you body (and I mean this in a bad way) I do advise to bring your own soap, and the breakfast, even for free, I didn’t manage to go a second time. The pictures of the breakfast on *********** are totally fake. I’ve the feeling they buy the cheapest of the cheapest and absolutely don’t care at all about (any) quality. An interesting concept to try out if one hasn’t been in this layout before. We were greeted with welcome drinks. However MEMO brunch menu (see photos) which we ordered was disappointing and it’s not worth the dollars. Thank god we were given disc as hotel members otherwise it wouldn’t be worth. Nevertheless, the MEMO crew is friendly and polite, and their coffee and croissant are both good. For the amenities, we were disappointed that the treadmills were faulty during our stay. Other than that, the location was convenient and accessible.

The location is very good. It takes five minutes to walk to a 24-hour supermarket, and ten minutes to a big shopping mall or subway station.
