Returned to stay again because I liked it the previous time. Thank you for the kind gesture to give us a freeze upgrade (though we didn’t make use of the loft at all). Been to so many hotel stays before but this is the first time seeing a toilet bowl full of pee stain when we lifted up the cover. Informed the concierge, only to have the housekeeping to come in and clean the toilet (just use chemicals to wipe and disinfect) in front of us. There’s no change of room discussion btw. This uncleaned toilet bowl is unacceptable but other than this, I’m ok with the hotel.

Very good for couples looking for a staycation. We just went to the hotel for our marriage anniversary and enjoyed our day with each other. The facilities such as swimming and gym were great. Also the second floor has a nice reading place and pools table. Very friendly staff and overall excellent stay.

Had a 1 day staycation and we love the room. The room and bathroom are both spacious. We upgraded (pay an additional fee) at the front desk to a city view one as the one we purchased has no view. There’s a speaker and an analog alarm clock in the room. There’s also Nespresso machine with reusable capsules. The first snack bar are free of charge. The body soap is good quality. I only wish for the bedroom slippers to be the normal ones not the flip flop (as seen on image). Only thing is the food at Mr Stork was not good. The breakfast is so so.

First thing to note is that this hotel has two wings. Heritage and Main Tower. The heritage wing is located amongst a row of shophouses and retains the style of a hundred years ago. Very different experience as compared to cookie cutter normal rooms. Positives: - large 38 square metre room - Lovely lovely room design - Comfortable bed and choice of pillow menu - TV has Chromecast (media hub as well) - double vanity sinks - superb water pressure Negatives - no bedside usb charging (there are usb charging ports by the work desk) - manual curtains and blinds - no heated toilet bowl nor bidet - fixed shower hose position is a little bothersome

Very pleasant stay with conrad, I think their service is way better than MBS TIP TOP.. surrounding has so much food to choose from and you won't even get bored. Checking in was really pleasant and fast and even equip and prepared us for all our requirement. One more thing to compliment is that they have channels to watch live premier league matches.!!! disappointing things is that they don't have a baby pool or even a float for babies/toddlers. I will definitely come back again to CONRAD as really no comments and regrets on it.

I highly recommend this hotel to families travelling. It is so near shops, restaurants and mrt station (lavender). Although room is quite small, it offered what we need, the bed, smart tv, shower and toilet. We didnt get to use the pool due to our very limited stay in SG. Our room AC was not working when we arrived very late at around 12 mn. My toddler was sweating. In the morning, we had it fixed by maintenance and it was working fine after.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

You need to let the smell go in every day; the hygiene is quite clean; the sound of the air conditioner is a window machine, and the sound is relatively loud: the quilt is a layer of cloth, and there is a separate thin blanket; the location is in a pedestrian street, taxi It’s not very convenient. It’s my first of three nights stay in this new establishment. I’m already loving it, so glad I booked this hotel. - Location: it’s a bit of walk (＞ 10 mins) from the nearest train station. However the walk wasn’t so painful because Singapore is safe and well organised country with mostly smooth and covered walkways. Close proximity to Changi Airport is a big plus too. There are several bus stops nearby that can take you to many different destinations. Hotel offers breakfast (to my happy surprise) and there are loads of local eateries around. The area is uniquely known for Durian markets, for me personally it is always interesting to walk through this lively neighbourhood but some might find it “smelly” especially for someone who’s new to Durian. - Room: I was very surprised by spacious size of my room compared to most of boutique hotels in Singapore where rooms are usually tiny. Very clean, still new and everything works fine except safe as the batteries seems to be run out (I’m sure it will be dealt with once informed). Bed is clean and comfortable, TV has both Netflix & YouTube. Essentials are all here but there’s not much bathroom amenities, so bringing your own (shampoo & conditioner, face wash, body wash and hand soap, mainly) is recommended. Also there’re no room slippers - again, bring your own! - Bathroom: very clean with clean set of towels, and shower works great. Only setback is that water spills out to the floor easily. - Staff: friendly and helpful, welcoming. All in all, this is already so far my favourite accommodation in Singapore out of many that I have stayed. No frills, clean and comfortable, reasonably priced, and nicely located. I’ll be back!

The hotel is located in the middle of Ajuni and Jialeng subway station, very convenient. The hotel building is three floors high, but there is no elevator, take the luggage on the third floor, a bit hard. And the hotel staff is average, the room is not very neat. The price is relatively attractive.

We stayed in Amrise for one day and that was worst ever experience) (Only negative side for vegetarian is that you have to walk to aljunaid to access some veg restaurants. However, value dollar store can help you if u have your own electric kettle

There is no breakfast and no parking lot. In the area of Geylang, there are illegal cigarette sellers every day at the gate, which is 15 minutes away from the subway. You can walk and take a taxi, and there are some restaurants around.

It was first time in Singapore. But this hostel was so close to everything. Mart, Metro station, good area and attractions etc. Room was clean and there was washing machine and drying machine which was unexpected. And you can have a shower there. I never regretted.

First of all, the customer service was quite poor in my opinion. There was no one at the front desk of the lobby. We couldn’t enter bc we need the room’s card so we were stranded outside for some time as they were not answering our calls. After minutes of waiting, the staff finally came and assist us with our check in. He was quite rude in my opinion. Talked to us like he doesn’t want to work. Other than that, the room was amazing. Everything was clean. The room came with a foldable table, tv, kitchen, utensils, hair dryer, slippers, washing machine/dryer, microwave and fridge. The toilet also has a bidet! Although the customer service was not the best, the room does make up for it. But just bare in mind that the room and toilet isn’t as big as the picture portrays it to be. There’s Fairprice nearby so thats really great. You can go there and buy ingredients to cook in the hotel room hehe. There’s also Mrt (Kallang station) nearby. Walking distance only. Just right pposite the hotel got busstop also. Everything is super near and convenient. One suggestion for the hotel is maybe you guys should assign someone to sit at the front desk at all times. Therefore we can be assisted as and when its needed without having to wait so long for someone to appear. All in all, i would still be down to come back again in the future regardless! :)
