I had a wonderful experience at the YORK. Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Specially front desk staff Phoo Phoo she was very welcoming same staff upon checking out too, it was nice check out with a smile. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

I had a great stay at Mercure on Stevens. The two Malaysian gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly helpful during check-in, and they even allowed me to check in early. Although my room, 417, had a slightly strange smell, my overall experience was fantastic. The highlight was the convenient hotel shuttle transfer to Wheelock, the famous Orchard area in Singapore.

We enjoyed our stay at Yotel Singapore very much. The room was cleaned well and very tidy. Excellent location, very convenient and close to the malls just across the road. And the train and the bus were downstairs at the hotel, 3 minutes walk. We absolutely love the public transport system, so convenient. Thank you so much. We loved our vacation in Singapore. Reserved a night birthday staycay of king premier room, including breakfast for 2, for my birthday via Trip.com app. Check-in process was a breeze. The customer service person surprised me with a huge birthday cookie and wish. The amenities were ample and easy to locate. If that was not enough, you can explore all around nearby attractions in always happening Orchard Road. Square footage of the room was spacious for just the 2 of us. Bathroom and soaking tub were well used. With premier rooms & suites booking, we enjoyed complimentary experience at co-working space on level 15. Local snacks and free flow of choices of coffee, tea and other hot drinks from 8 AM to 8 PM. You can even order in-house food menu to be served there. Got a complimentary parking. Lastly and importantly, the breakfast spread. Nasi lemak with specific sambal nasi lemak was so sedap. So was grilled prata pieces with dhal curry and there were yutiao...pastries...cold cut...porridge...congee...mushroom soup and oatmeal...breads and buns...and the list went on and on 😋 We were spoiled for choices of breakfast that served from 7 to 10 AM. No fuss check-out. Not forgetting a must IG worthy, picture perfect iconic stairs ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗 Will certainly make a return staycation and easy-peasy booking via Trip.com 😀 Thank you

Cleanliness: - In terms cleanliness, the room is immaculate. No physical signs of dust settling anywhere in the room. - The floor are mostly not carpeted. So it’s quite cold whoever you walk around the room if u leave the air-con switched on most of the time. Amenities: - Room was equipped with International channels. - Room is very spacious. Suitable to bring guests for card games. - The view from the room is unobstructed. So it’s quite nice to see from the window . - The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed. - The shower area is very clean. - Beds and linens are comfortable. Additional pillows are provided by default. There is an open carpark within the hotel which is quite secure via gantry. . Service: - Room service are quite swift. - The concierge team is very helpful & was one of the reasons why we came to this hotel. Never fails to help us load the strollers and luggage with and from the car. On the overall, I will definitely come back again. It's our 2nd time stay by the way.

I find this property very difficult to rate we had high expectations. I guess we looked at the room rates and we just figured there would be a lot more to offer the property is very minimalistic. Can’t say much about the staff because the hotel is so new but they definitely need more experienced management for sure, I’m a Titanium Elite member so I did get an upgrade to their basic suite. The rooms and the property has no sound insulation so you can hear everything in the hall everything in the rooms next-door to you for that reason alone I would not return. I was told if I wanted further upgrade I could use my suite Night awards they have a promo going on But then was told after ,we don’t control that Marriott controls that which I know they do but it did say it was available but what they had done after me requesting about 10 times for the upgrade instead of honoring what they said they gave it to someone else two hours prior to check and bragged about it see below I did ask the management what I did wrong Anything? Or what do I have to do next time? But like I said the management is very new and inexperienced so I didn’t get much benefit of asking that question I think it’s an overpriced property in my opinion they won’t survive not at the rates I see some rates entry-level thousand dollars $1200 depending on the dates, no way in a million years is this property command those kind of dollars we come to Singapore 3-4 times a year we stay around 80 nights I won’t be visiting this property again anytime soon. as well Not crazy about the location and if it rains you’re at luck we didn’t try the restaurant there wasn’t much on the menu Have a look at it so I can’t comment on that, no buffet breakfast included no lounge just don’t see the value at all, but if you want your milk because they don’t leave milk in the room for your coffee, I suggest you order it an hour in advance. Check out is 12:00 to me a 2 star or 3 star has 12:00 check out.the spa is basic very small only few people can fit in jacuzzi, maybe three in the Steam and the bathroom utensils or something you would see again in the two or three star hotel again very disappointing.PS before you go to bed check that they’ve left coffee or sugar in your room so that way when you get up in the morning and you find there’s nothing there you won’t have to wait an hour to get it. It’s hard to believe they don’t even leave milk in the room. You have to call up for it every morning.

喜歡 · Exquisite “lush nature” design with grand scale, high ceilings & serene ambiance · Pleasantly surprised with thoughtful complimentary services provided for our wedding anniversary staycation (late check-out, room upgrade, cute decorations, tiny cake & 1 FOC poolside bar drink!) · Room was comfortable with large-sized bed, other useful furnishings & luxurious-branded toiletries · Great facilities; ample-sized indoor-outdoor pool with poolside bar and gorgeous restaurant with limited but varied breakfast menu · Staff was wonderful; most were friendly & greeted/served us politely and especially front-desk staff Natasha who was warm, welcoming & good-humored while engaging us in delightful conversation during our check-in process!

Much better than the Ibis and the Hotel 81 chain hotels. Had clean swimming pool on rooftop. Had spacious lobby. Can leave your stuff even after checking out. Cold and hot water server on lobby.

Good hotel but room will be a bit smaller than you think. They only give body towels (no facial or hand towel) and do not have “do not disturb” sign
