Very bad experience at that hotel very dirty toilet and bed have some bacteria please don't recommend this hotel and 0 facilities I am very disappointed this property

The price of this hotel is not high, which is the only reason why I rashly decided to live here. It is actually a homestay, not far from Heathrow Airport. A taxi is about 35 pounds. But later found that there is also a bus to the airport nearby. I didn't expect to have such a hygienic room in the UK. It felt like no one had lived in it for a while. Some stains on the sheets made me feel very uncomfortable. It took me half a day to find my reservation and check out At that time, no one could be found, so I had to leave the key in the room and leave. Downstairs has a strange smell, and there are broken furniture everywhere, as if it is under/to be renovated. There is a kettle in the room, which is full of scale and rust. It should have been unused for a long time. There is a small park and a dilapidated small bridge in the nearby small village, which has a sense of age.

Booked for 5 nights. Similar to the photo! The prices are very reasonable. It's just that the location is a bit far from the subway station. No towels provided, shower gel, shampoo. Mattress is soft. .

This is not a hotel! It has kitchen, animals, and stuffs all over the floor. Pots and animal food tray on floor. The room and hallway are dark, smells, and dirty!
I argued with the manager and was tried to get my money back. I didn’t stay here!

We spend two awful nights there the place was not clean at all.my friend had bitten all her bodys first night and become badly sick because of insect bites.i got sick as well. They didnt even provide us toilet paper. It was our worst experience.

Single bed is OK, No any towel , No toilet paper at all , no tea, coffee or sugar bags ,
Free parking is Good , have kettle for boiling water ,
Wi-Fi is the name only , cannot use Wi-Fi ,
Found a bug under pillow in the morning, video and photo it and then killed it , left blood stain on the bed sheet . So I only slept for one night . Did not try that use TV , no shower ,use my own toilet paper. I cleaned my trash , and took them to trash outside The house.

It seemed that No people do house keeping . What will your ******* do for me for spending money for stay one night in such a room

The worst hotel experience. Blood on sheets very smelly carpets and cats eating dead birds on the corridors. Used razor blades on the shared bathroom sinks. The beds were dirty. The guy who was on front desk only spoke English when he wanted paying didn’t manage anything after that. This was literally the worst place we have ever entered. He charged me when I arrived saying that my online payment I made 2 weeks earlier did not go through, this time he was only accepting cash. We got our stuff and left. This review could of been very lengthy. Literally the worst hotel you will stay at. Absolutely disgusting.
