We had a fantastic experience at White Oaks. Front desk staff was terrific and helped us get early check-in and late check-out. Our room was bright and clean and there were robes waiting for us on the beds. The front desk even sent up a tray of chocolate covered strawberries for my sons. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub which have nice long hours. The virtual assistant (via text) was really helpful, I asked it about the pool hours at one point and got an immediate answer, and later I requested more kleenex for the room, and it was delivered in less than 10 minutes. We didn't have dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast buffet at Liv was spectacular. Great service, delicious food, lovely ambiance.
