Stopped for one night, in the evening and in the morning were at the autlet. 7 to 10 European breakfast with luxurious giant cruisers and delicious doughnuts. Things were folded in the luggage room in the morning and shopping. In advance called a taxi and all had time. Unfortunately, it was late to assess the availability of the pool. Except being in the middle of the sharp Green that gives Life, cleaning and human heat!!! We don't talk about EAT: great to say little, cooked at the moment (I still have nostalgia of that tomato salad of their garden, EAT NOT so BOONIII!!!). Breakfast is incomparableEEE: complete, abundant, almost alwaysee with home-made cakes (ask the Super mel cake of Rosanna and Daughter, SLURP 😋), each meal is UNICOOO and BUENISIMOOO!!! WE'RE THE TANTISSIMOOO, UNOOOO NUMBER 👍

We (a family of four) stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling from Nice to Geneva. I was looking for a hotel near the Serravalle Outlet and this hotel was just few minutes away, Overall, I was pleasantly surprised! It is a small hotel in a small town, but I found the hotel staff to be exceptionally accommodating and eager to be good hosts. The lady at the reception desk stayed more than an hour past the stated check-in hour to be there when we arrived; the lady at the breakfast went through each of the items (locally made) and was happy to make custom omelettes. I would say they were the best hotel staff among all the hotels on this 2-week long trip!

excellent receptionist, well informed and suggestive of places and situations in Alessandria. the restaurant recommendation proved first rate. unfortunately the enclosed garage was full but she said Allessandria is tranquilla. a police officer at we enquired to brought the hotel to our knowledge. the town is a productive and not a touristy spot as such. buildings, edifices, structures and ways about them and an interesting size of a town. worth visiting and this hotel a top priority

Hotel service should be greatly praised! We booked this very close hotel in order to visit the discount village. Every day we will come back very late, the boss will wait to give us a door and help us to park. Once I stopped the car key, I couldn't find it. The boss told me to start the car and try it. It can be started in the vicinity of the car. I can't start to go elsewhere. After that, I found it under the seat. The boss said that he is also looking for the key, this is a good way! The hotel’s breakfast includes hot coffee with hot milk and eggs, egg rolls, and everything else is a cold meal. We are still not used to it in winter. The restaurant is a small lounge in the evening, offering free champagne and so on. Unfortunately, every time we come back, we are too tired to just wash and sleep! Very nice and warm hotel, go back later!
