If you take exit 4 from Shin-Osaka Station, you can take a 3 minute walk to Karaksa Shin Osaka Tower Hotel. Reception is at 2nd floor, it was quick service and easy. We reserved 2 bed and 3 bed , total of 2 rooms connecting. It was convenient for party of 5 travelers. The amenities including electric converter was provided in the room. What we like about Karaksa is the bed, bathroom, and room is very confortable. English translated system on TV, AC and Laundry as well. 4 laundry machines with coins in located at 4th floor. Very convenient. During the rainy days, towels are provided at the entrance for free. You can also monitor the status of the laundry machine as well. What a service, we love it We love staying at this hotel, definitely recomended for family stay.

There wasn't any visible sign to us to indicate that this is the hotel in English and the lobby is on the 2nd floor so it is very hard to miss. There is also another Sunny Stone Hotel across the street so that's confusing too. None of the staff there speaks English so there was extreme communication break down as they could not understand English at all. Room was TINY and old. The whole hotel looked old in general and could do with some renovation. Some amenities such as combs will not be provided but it is placed in baskets at the lobby so you can help yourself to it. Free breakfast is provided and it is a very simple and basic spread serving the same thing daily. Salad, rice rolls, miso soup, boiled eggs and bread. Hotel is located about 5 minutes away from the Esaka station and there are a few Lawson marts located around the hotel. Coin operated laundry service is located about 10 minutes away from the hotel.

Great experience, provides body, hair and conditioner, hand soap, paper and plastic shoes, air freshener for your clothes and most importantly it knows what you need; like the little nook next to your bed to chuck your phone.
