I checked in at 11 pm, the employee said that I couldn't do it at 11 pm because the employee had already gone home. Asked for a room when there was a reservation, they said you couldn't, you had to scan the barcode, fill in it, etc. If you want to park inside first, you're told you can't, you have to reserve a barcode inside. So the service was very disappointing. Until I said, tell your boss to just return the money if everything is not possible and time is limited. Because I only arrived at SBY at 11 pm...

My First Impression(24 Jan 2020 - 27 Jan 2020) Check-In Experiences, + Rule Apply and dicipline + Standby 24 hour + Nice to Guest and Fast checkin + welcome drink standard - Card Key for room only 1 and if you need 1 more you need to put 100KIDR deposit Building Area & Design Interior, + Modern and Urban style + Good ambience and lighting + Clean Feel + Nice Sofa in the lobby + Huge Parking Car - Looks like Flower Decoration in here is fake especially in 2th floor on the tables Room Hotel, + Clean, structure and everything looks perfect + Ambience lighting is good not too bright not too dark with easy switch setting + Got 2 free botol and other standard free items in the hotel(soap, coffee, tea, sandals) - No sign of privacy or clean status, every room is different. - Alwys call if you want to clean the rooms - No laundry list, every room different Breakfast Experiences & Foods, + All the foods in here is delicious + Foods Variations is good + Free breakfast for 2 person/room(depending on your booking) - Clean table is slow - Replineshment Foods is slow - Need to check related pets control in Bar.. Somehow i have a chance to see Rat running away inside the Bar. Conclusion, I'm really enjoy stay in this hotel eventhough there is some area that need to be improve like the standardisation related the facility each room(laundry list, sign privacy, and so on), also in the restaurant must showing the improvements especially pets control and make sure all the door must be close everytime to avoid the rat come to the Bar side(1st floor) . Overall i recommended this hotel, the price also reasonable and i believe this hotel already have procedure to do. Please keep the good work and always improve to make customer happy with the right quality.

im definitely come to this hotel again because the staff is super friendly, the food is awesome, and the room is super comfy. maybe the cleanliness of the breakfast area must be improved because when im arrived, the floor is quite dirty.

very comfy, i booked for deluxe but there were no room available so my room was upgraded, thanks to the staff for being professional and helpful. breakfast was good and quite lots of choices (western and indonesian) from pancakes, indonesian traditional food, and chinese food like fried rice etc. room was clean but can be cleaner (i found few little insects but that was actually fine for me. overall very recommended and the hotel is located in the center of the city so this one is a plus! 🤩

The hotel is very nice. It is located in the downtown of Surabaya. Security measures and hotel service also wonderful!

Near the place to eat. Want Alfa Indomaret is not difficult if the one is closed. It's a motorbike but it's still okay. Spacious bathroom. A AC is cold, some can not be cold but okay. The receptionist is clear. Good. Cake model costs 2 but gpp. Still okay with this hrg. There is security. There is a refrigerator. The TV is wired. Mayan

I found this hotel to be great for a budget traveler like me. I booked it through agoda.com for a discounted price. I stayed two nights which was a good experience. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is strategic because I could get access to public transportation right in front and to food vendors when I was hungry. The facilities like lifts, toilets, etc in the hotel are excellent. Room's space is good and comfortable. The only non-positive comments from me are: no breakfast included because of the discounted price. I had to pay extra Rp50,000 for a small plate of fried rice and two slices of bread and a cup of coffee. I could get better offer with that 50,000 outside the hotel. Anyway, no big deal. I can further say that for one person only. I also saw women's hair underneath the bed. I guess they have not cleaned the room properly yet. Overall, the experience is good. I still recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Stayed there for a couple of days with other relatives for a small family reunion. Hotel was nice, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Some little things that could have been improved is parking. Would be nice if staff informed incoming guests about the valet parking ahead of time, so we didn’t have to look for parking spot upon arrival. It’s time for your carpets to be steam-cleaned. Breakfast had many choices, coffee was very decent I had to get my second cup. Best part of the stay - friendly and accommodating staff, kudos to you all!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated that it was quiet at night. The hotel has a gym, pool and restaurant which are great facilities but I didn't have time to use them. The location is strategic. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
