I was very happy with the standard of the hotel for the price I paid; it was basic but clean. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth; the cleaner was very good as well, paying attention to when you go out so she can clean the room. That being said there was work being done to the outside of the hotel and the builders were very noisy. They started work early (around 7am) and shouted very loudly. It would be good if the management could tell the builders to keep the noise down in the early morning.

在來之前網上預訂了這家酒店，位置便利，周邊有許多特色小吃和景點。酒店裝修風格簡約大方，熱水很大洗浴很好，床墊軟軟的睡起來很舒服，房間內乾淨整潔。入住期間，酒店員工熱情周到，有求必應，讓我感受到了無微不至的關懷。此外，特別是當地的特色小吃深得我心。在價格方面，我認為這家酒店物超所值，對於到蘇州旅行者來説是不錯的選擇。

酒店衞生跟環境非常的好，酒店地理位置非常的nice,去哪裡都很近，晚上回來也都能看到前台小姐姐矜矜業業的在前台真的非常讓人有安全感，總體來説這次住酒店的感受非常好，下次如果有機會還會再來一次。位置去景點很近，很方便，房子也很大，衞生很乾凈，投影儀看電視電影都很帶勁，房間空調很好，前台小姐姐態度特別好，特別温柔，因為是遊客，所以晚上回來的比較晚，晚上有問題了給前台打電話也是第一時間解決。推薦推薦

也不想多説，旅遊幾天，就住這家醒來女朋友皮膚過敏，店員反饋和店長迴應都是問我們是不是吃了什麼東西，而不是核實自己衞生情況，半夜到的，想泡個澡，水龍頭壞了，無法徹底關閉，店員上來就説墊一下毛巾，但是還是有水流聲，醒來墊的毛巾都變黃了。毛巾和浴巾都起球了，沒有拍。洗漱杯自己看，真的無語。還有就是停車場需要開車9-12分鐘左右到達，再步行3-4分鐘回酒店，也沒有説明
