Our trip to Dali was made even better by this guesthouse – it was full of delightful surprises. The overall decor is soft and tastefully designed, with thoughtful details evident in every corner. The entire place was spotless, and the bedding and toiletries were clean and comfortable, making for a very reassuring stay. The guesthouse boasts stunning views of Erhai Lake, and the expansive terrace offers a perfect spot to watch the clouds drift by and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The staff were warm and welcoming without being intrusive; check-in and check-out were smooth. They even thoughtfully recommended local eateries and hidden gems, helping us avoid tourist traps. Here, we shed our travel weariness and enjoyed a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. It’s perfect for couples or friends traveling together. This guesthouse is definitely a top choice when visiting Erhai Lake, and I'll be recommending it to all my friends and family! [grinning face with smiling eyes][grinning face with smiling eyes]

Guest UserI booked a garden view room which came with two small courtyards, one in the front and one in the back. The room was spacious and very clean. Opening the window to see the blue sky and white clouds was incredibly relaxing. 😎
The hotel's back entrance leads to a parking lot, making it convenient for parking and calling for a ride. The front entrance is right next to an ecological corridor, and directly across from Erhai Lake! Extremely convenient!
The hotel's location is excellent, offering peace and quiet yet close to everything. Misan Bookstore, which is absolutely beautiful and perfect for photos, is just a 200-meter walk away. Later, when we cycled past Caicun Village and S-bay, it was crowded with people and cars, which made me appreciate the hotel's location even more. 👍
The hotel staff, especially the gentlemen, were also great. They helped us plan our itinerary, and the food was fantastic – we even came back to the hotel for dinner twice! There was also an afternoon tea and sweet soup in the evening, which was a nice touch!
Overall, highly recommended!

Irislvxingzhong…During my leisure time, I went to the Seaview Bookstore to await the sunrise, enjoyed three types of tea, made rubbings of horse talismans, and sewed herbal sachets, then took a leisurely walk on the less-traveled forest path. The garden itself has a Kyoto-esque tranquility. The Weishan Braised Pork Er'si at the morning noodle station was the biggest surprise, and the medicinal pork hock with wild mushroom oil was an authentic Yunnan flavor that I instantly fell in love with. For breakfast, you can even choose a Hello Kitty plate, which is super cute! The view right outside the window is stunning, with Cangshan Mountain in full view. This was an excellent staycation experience.

KikiChu☺️Located within the Shuanglang Ancient Town scenic area, we were dropped off by a small tricycle with our luggage, and then it was about a ten-minute walk to the guesthouse. It's nestled at the end of a charming alley, right next to a beach where you can play in the water. The room was beautiful, and the butler service was excellent. The afternoon tea had an amazing spread of fruits – we couldn't even finish it all, haha! On our second evening, we caught a stunning sunset, perfect for photos. When the sun isn't too strong, you can wander around town and enjoy the local food. It's also very close to Moon Palace, and if you walk south along the lakeside road, you'll find plenty of coffee shops. Honestly, there's no need to go anywhere else; staying here is just perfect.

Guest UserThis was my first time in Yunnan, and I specifically chose this guesthouse because it's right next to a police station. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, helping us with our luggage and giving us great tips for sightseeing. The courtyard is spacious and quiet, and it's only about a ten-minute walk to the ancient city. I really wished I could have stayed another day or two if my itinerary wasn't already set. Coming back around 11 PM, almost all the streetlights were off, but the guesthouse still had a super bright light on at the entrance, which I found incredibly thoughtful. We woke up late, and the kitchen had thoughtfully saved breakfast for us. The breakfast was very plentiful and made fresh by local aunties. Their human touch really surpasses many large hotels. If I ever come back to Dali, or if friends visit, I will definitely highly recommend this guesthouse.

Guest UserMy stay at Yunshang Tianlai Hotel during my beautiful Dali trip far exceeded my expectations, offering a truly healing and unforgettable vacation experience. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Ideal State, with its blue and white staggered architecture exuding a Mediterranean charm. Perched between mountains and sea, it boasts panoramic views of the majestic Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake.
The public areas feature an infinity pool, a trendy piano, and a viewing terrace, all meticulously designed. Every snap captures a picturesque, atmospheric shot. Strolling around, with the sea breeze caressing your face, you feel wonderfully relaxed, far removed from the city's hustle and bustle.

The mini-bar drinks are complimentary, and thoughtful local snacks are also provided, showcasing attention to detail at every turn.
The service is particularly noteworthy. The 24-hour butler is prompt in responding, meticulously arranging everything from check-in transfers and itinerary guidance to food delivery to your room. The staff are warm and friendly, always quick and efficient in addressing any needs. The hotel also offers professional travel photography services to capture beautiful moments of your journey.

Guest UserBack in Dali, I decided to revisit the Xianyun 360-degree Cliff Seaview Hot Spring B&B, and it truly lived up to expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly polite and attentive. I later found out that the humble and helpful manager, who was always ready to assist, was also from Beijing, which made me feel right at home. The B&B's environment is serene and immaculate. The private hot spring pool in the room is definitely the highlight. Soaking in the hot spring, you're directly facing the Cangshan Mountains and Erhai Lake – it's like a landscape painting come to life. During my downtime, I loved sitting on the balcony, gazing at Cangshan and Erhai, which was incredibly therapeutic after a long journey. The restaurant's dishes were delicious and flavorful. My experience was as excellent as ever, truly a hidden gem of a seaview B&B. Choosing to stay here twice speaks volumes about its reliable quality. It’s my top choice when visiting Dali, highly recommended!

Cangshan No. 1 is a hotel with advanced concepts. The management model is a team of butlers who create a feeling of home for guests and think of everything in front of them.
The environment is beautiful and beautiful, with swimming pools, white beaches, coconut trees... creating a different paradise.
Every employee has a strong sense of priority and their service attitude is excellent, gentle and comfortable. Not only did he take the initiative to inquire, but he also introduced the characteristics and customs of the Bai people in a very thoughtful way.
The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Each room has its own bathing pool, dry and wet are separated, and even the toilet is fully automatic. Very clean!
Breakfast and afternoon tea are richly prepared and have local characteristics. There is also a heart-warming evening sweet soup every night. My family and I felt that choosing Cangshan No. 1 for this trip was a great value!

Our 'butler service' means you get a dedicated butler providing one-on-one service from the moment you check in. They'll contact you in advance to confirm your arrival time, arrange shuttle pick-up, and send friendly reminders about breakfast times and other important notes via group chat.
Facilities: The hairdryer's airflow is really weak, not even as strong as the wind off Erhai Lake! The bedside lamp isn't working, but everything else is okay.
Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and no strange smells – pretty good.
Environment: The space is large and bright. My only complaint is the view from the window isn't great.
Service: The service is excellent; anything we needed was delivered to the room very quickly, and the breakfast tasted good.
Honestly, the view from the guest room window is quite disappointing.

Anonymous UserI have higher requirements for accommodation and spend more time in hotels. I am the one who takes care of hotels when my friends and family travel, because I have pretty good taste in choosing hotels. This one is a no-brainer.
External environment: As in the pictures in other reviews, there is no difference, so I didn’t take any extra photos. In the beautiful villa area, there is a garden path at the entrance, which is very romantic.
Inside the room: The entrance to the room, as shown in Figure 1, is very beautiful. The bed looked out the window. I really like the feeling of this kind of bed. It is very cozy to snuggle in it. As shown in Figure 2. The outside of the balcony bed is shown in Figure 3. The weather was bad during the few days we were in Yunnan, it would have been beautiful if the sun had gone out. Especially highlighting the key points, I personally like this large washbasin mirror, which is facing the window and has great lighting for makeup! ! ! Because I like to do my makeup in natural light. Figure 4.5
Breakfast: I stayed in rooms that cost more than 500 yuan or 1,000 yuan when I came to Yunnan. The regular breakfast in homestays was corn + sweet potato + egg + staple food + tomato. This is the most delicious breakfast I had in Yunnan. It was a complete plate. The rice noodles and noodles were so delicious. Attached photo 6
Transportation: It is difficult to park near the ancient city when driving. It is very convenient to take a taxi here. You can drive directly in and get on the car at the door, and it takes about 20 minutes to go to several pedestrian streets. It’s a two-minute drive to Sannei Ice Cream, which is delicious. Next to Figure 7 is a street selling Bai ethnic cuisine. I didn’t have time to eat there. Finally, attached are the various delicacies I ate here. Because the weather was bad, I just ate and ate.
