Jin Jiang International Hotel Taicang

I booked Taicang Jinjiang International Hotel for the first time. I arrived at the hotel at noon on May 1st. The front desk clerk upgraded my room to a newly renovated smart room. When I opened the door, all the lights turned on automatically without inserting a door card. It was a pleasant surprise. The room was large and clean, with a large sofa. If you remove the backrest, it becomes a bed. There is also a round table and two chairs, which is very convenient. The hotel is close to the scenic spots (10 minutes by car), Nanyuan, Tianjing Lake, museums and art galleries, and it is convenient to travel. The lobby is spacious, the environment is simple and elegant, and the mood is comfortable. The waiters are enthusiastic and patient to explain questions to the guests, and the service is in place. It was a pleasant trip.

The room facilities are good. We enjoyed the upgraded room and the bathroom has a smart toilet! The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. The lobby is beautiful. The surrounding commercial attractions are about 3 kilometers away. It is a relatively comfortable and relaxing travel experience.

It is convenient to take a taxi. The breakfast wontons are delicious. However, there is no robot to deliver takeout at night because it is out of power. There is no ice cubes when I order it because the staff have gone off work.

This hotel is an old star hotel, and it is good overall. I would like to thank Manager Sun in particular for his amiable attitude and for helping us upgrade the room for free, which made our stay even more perfect.

When visiting Taicang, I went to this hotel recommended by a friend. The check-in experience was really great. We arrived very late that night, and the front desk took the initiative to upgrade our suite. They also gave us a free breakfast, which was served until 10 o'clock. In the morning, we could sleep until we woke up naturally and then have breakfast. The dishes were very rich. When I finished breakfast, it was already past breakfast time. In the end, I wanted to get a glass of milk, but there was not much milk left. The auntie in the restaurant saw it and took the initiative to get me some milk. It was very heartwarming. The price of more than 400 yuan a day is really fair. At this price, we can't even stay in a fast hotel in our local area during the holidays. I will continue to stay here next time I go to Taicang.

It is worthy of being a five-star hotel, the service is very good, the room is large and clean, the hygiene is very good, the facilities are new, and the environment is very good. I also got a free upgrade when I checked in. I will stay here next time.
