The room cleaning service was excellent
My room had a large window, so I thought it would be cold, but it wasn't cold because of the warm heating in the hotel
Also, I really liked the blackout curtain, which covers the light well in the morning👍🏻
The hotel front desk staff had a good attitude! They also had excellent basic service, such as lifting up your luggage!
If there is only one thing that is regrettable, no one can speak English. The difficulty of communicating was too much. It would be better if even the front desk staff could speak English😊
Everything else was good! I want to visit again next time🩷

Nice hotel in a nice area. Inside the room it’s silent and good to sleep.
The Rooms could get a bit renovation, but it’s still good quality.

The service at Kempinski is simply amazing. Although the hotel has been around for many years, I had a great time staying here during the May Day holiday. The hotel's little chef activities were a great pleasure for the children to participate in. Because there were both young and old people, the check-in arrangements were very detailed.

Anna Ma, the beautiful sister, served us breakfast coffee almost every time during our stay. She always remembered the coffee flavor we liked accurately.
