First let me start off with the staff and customer service was excellent. I really appreciate all of the help from the staff. The kids loved the pool it was a nice indoor heated pool. Rooms were clean and housekeeping did a beautiful job.

Hilton Huiting hardware facilities are generally new and the service management level is relatively stable. The internal facilities are located in the middle-grade family travel, refrigerator, microwave oven, pots and pans are available. Parking is free. During the epidemic, breakfast can be taken back to the room or take out, and the service is very user-friendly. This family has maintained the consistent standard of the brand, there is a Tsuenxi Art Academy nearby, it is worth seeing ～.

Please, I am begging you to trust me, do NOT believe the mass of fake 5-star reviews. They are all about a particular employee that 'goes above and beyond' and explain the hotel in a way that is completely not true. First of all, the only thing that is true is that the employee at the front desk definitely friendly and helpful, but he was taking personal calls and made the check-in process longer than it had to be. The room and location is NOWHERE near how good people claim it to be. It is a hotel mostly filled with people that live there on a permanent basis. Trash all over outside, people blasting loud music, and rooms that clearly smell like smoke even though they have a policy. Our bathroom was 100% untouched by cleaning staff as seen in the attached photo. Water in the tub, soap opened on the floor, pee in the toilet not flushed. Completely unacceptable. The light above the sink in my room did not work either. The TV and fridge worked and the bed seemed clean and was decent to sleep in for one night. Please do NOT pick this hotel expecting a 4+ star experience like the reviews suggest. The reviews are clearly fake and being manipulated. Very unhappy with this experience.
