The hotel has a Chinese courtyard design, the facilities are a bit old, the breakfast is quite satisfactory, and there are small animals such as sika deer, peacocks, alpacas, etc. in the yard. Children like it very much. It is suitable for family travel and the elderly are generally satisfied. This is a hotel with surprises everywhere 😄 I came here for the location and environment. The Eco-City is relatively close to the National Maritime Museum and the seaside of the Dongdi Park in the Mazu Cultural Park. There are special snack shops and traditional Tianjin restaurants around the hotel, as well as a small animation park to visit. The hotel itself has an even better environment, with a garden-style style and is pet-friendly. There are also various small animals that can be directly touched. It is packed on weekends, with many children and families staying, some taking their dogs for a walk, some children feeding alpacas and deer, and some families going swimming. The atmosphere is particularly comfortable, making people relax unconsciously. It is very suitable for vacation. What's more surprising is that the hotel service is worthy of the five-star high-end quality. The service ambassador Wu Tong was caring and thoughtful throughout the whole process. He called two days before check-in to understand our special needs. After knowing that the child has asthma, he arranged to upgrade to a high-end king-size bed non-smoking room and placed an air purifier in advance. After check-in, he gave fruit coupons and carefully asked if there were any other needs. He also introduced the surrounding tours attentively. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor has authentic Tianjin cuisine and Cantonese cuisine. I didn't want to go out for dinner and I was very satisfied with the food there. I really didn't want to leave after staying for three days. My son said that he would invite his friends to stay together again during the summer vacation. The small flaw that does not cover the merits is that objectively speaking, the decoration of the house is a bit old. Although it is very clean and the bedding is comfortable to sleep on, the carpet will have a bit of old smell, but compared to enjoying a good living experience, these small problems can be ignored. I look forward to staying in Hilton again when I come to Binhai next time.

I have been to Tianjin many times but have never been to Binhai. This time I stayed in Eco-City and it was a pleasant surprise. The hotel has a nice green environment, complete facilities, and a bunch of Buddhist animals. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to go to various parks, Fantawild Park, and the National Oceanarium. There is also a small children's playground and swimming pool, which is a good place to relax with your kids. In terms of service, the service ambassadors Wu Tong and Dong Chunni are very good, with timely communication, warm service, and a home away from home. After talking about the good suggestions, it can be seen that the hotel is community-friendly. Some children and residents living nearby seem to come to the children's playground every day to play or see animals and walk dogs. This is a good thing, but I think there should be someone to manage it. This time, my son stopped others from behaving uncivilized during the game and was ridiculed by two children, and was also fierce by the parents who brought them. I heard from another child that they seemed to come whenever they were free. I understand that the hotel is difficult to manage, but I am really unhappy. That's all I have to say. Overall, I am satisfied.

The Chinese restaurant in the hotel serves Cantonese cuisine, white-cut chicken and duck are both good. Shrimp dumplings are highly recommended. A large basket is only 58, which is a good value for money. The balcony of the room can see the river and the road, and it is very quiet when the door is closed. The room facilities are not satisfactory, but the flaws do not cover the merits. Overall, it is still good.

The layout of the room is reasonable, practical, and convenient to take things. There is a separate dressing room. The bedding is clean and comfortable. Especially the room has a large balcony, and there is a courtyard below. It is very pleasant to sit on the balcony and drink tea after playing tired. There are several seafood places around the hotel, such as Yuehai Seafood Fishing Village. It is a good choice for a weekend micro-vacation.
