The room was both large, modern and very clean. The room was a little bit too cold, for January. You have some products (pasta, drinks ,etc) for sale. This is good, buy add UHT milk. Your response time to emails is good. When we stayed the property was really empty, which was a little creepy. Overall the experience was a good adventure. Be aware that checking in requires your phone to be working, as you'll need the code for the front door (it's a self check-in, but it worked really smoothly for us).

It contained all we needed in order to enjoy the beautyful sorroundings. And a very helpful staff who also speaks very good English. Our small kitchen was not fully equipped with knives, bowls e.t.c, but we could borrow from our childrens room instead. I'm sure the friendly staff would also have helped in this case.

Our experience in the Black Forest was fantastic!
The room has all new appliances and kitchenware and it is completely pet friendly, I wish I had taken my cat with me! It would be 100% possible with an all wooden furniture.
We were in the last room of the hall so the internet was very limited, but still it forced us to disconnect and it was extremely relaxing after all.
The staff was super friendly and responsive, we got all the info and help we needed all the time.
I will go back with my cat next time!

Im grossen und ganzen eine schöne Unterkunft. Das Inventar sollte ab und zu mal kontrolliert werden wie Gläser die am Rand ein hick haben oder Nachtische die nicht mehr festhalten. Die Matratzen waren ziemlich hart weil das Bett ohne Lattenrost ist.

Tolle, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Gemütliche Betten, gut eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine, jedoch leider ohne Ofen. Großes Badezimmer. Mit Balkon, den wir leider wegen des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen konnten. Bei Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen, vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Hatten kurze Startschwierigkeiten beim eintreten mussten es dann kurz über die Notfall Nummer klären aber lief dann einwandfrei mit Türcode und Check in am Terminal nur man hat keinen Handyempfang WLAN läuft sehr Gut im Hotel Zimmer sind geräumig und die Küche ist voll ausgestattete

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) sind begeistert und daher absolut empfehlenswert! Man hat alles was man benötigt, ordentlich und sauber. Am Chek-in kann man sich noch verschiedene Sachen kaufen und WLAN lief auch immer stabil. Wir kommen wieder, danke und liebe Grüße

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund für ein paar Tage im Jostal. Das Studio war sauber und wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Das Bad war sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war im Vorfeld (Email) und vor Ort (Telefon) sehr gut. Neustadt, Triberg, Titisee aber auch Freiburg sind schnell und gut erreichbar. Die Landschaft direkt hinter der Stuub ist sehr schön. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da.
