We loved the stay, location was beyond our expectations and imaginations. Property is well furnished and clean, perfect for the family vacation. We were two families and booked two family rooms, was more than enough for two families consisting of eight in total. In two words peaceful and serene. Would love to strongly recommend to all my friends and contacts.

The apartment has a beautiful view. It was very easy to digitally check-in. The host was nice and responsive. The apartment has all the basic amenities you need except for the kitchen which is not very well equipped. Overall, it was a lovely experience staying in this region of the blackforest.

The room was both large, modern and very clean. The room was a little bit too cold, for January. You have some products (pasta, drinks ,etc) for sale. This is good, buy add UHT milk. Your response time to emails is good. When we stayed the property was really empty, which was a little creepy. Overall the experience was a good adventure. Be aware that checking in requires your phone to be working, as you'll need the code for the front door (it's a self check-in, but it worked really smoothly for us).

Everything was fantastic! The house was incredibly cozy and had plenty of space for all of us. It had everything we needed for a wonderful time. We made extensive use of the terrace. The location is very convenient, but you definitely need a car as there are only a few buses a day. There isn't much in the immediate vicinity, but the supermarket and the lake are just a few minutes away by car.

I am not writing this review for public viewing, but solely to help you. If you reread the emails between you and me, it quickly becomes clear that there is considerable room for improvement. Despite my five additional calls, I only received the Hochschwarzwald card at 12:21 p.m. on the day of my arrival. This meant that we were unable to play golf on Thursday, May 8, for example. A further consequence was that we were unable to play the Obere Alpe golf course at all because the card cannot be used from Friday to Sunday. We were extremely pleasantly surprised by the guesthouse itself, as well as the room and the facilities.

Improvement tip: Cleanliness: One of the bedspreads needed to be replaced (the ladies did it immediately) because it wasn't clean. Schitterende locatie, mooie kamers, schoon, zoals aangegeven op foto's van de site. Niet heel makkelijk om zelf in te checken. En er waren gasten die na 18.00 aan waren gekomen, waarbij het inchecken niet lukte, maar konden geen telefonische hulp meer krijgen
