I really loved this hotel. It was a stones throw away from the Shinjuku train station. The room, although very small was very comfortable and cosy. I'd recommend getting breakfast from the top floor. The food was delicious and a great start to the day, also the view from the top floor would just motivate you to go out and get ready to explore. When I am back in Tokyo I will be staying in this hotel again

Beautiful hotel, free shuttle to and from the airport. Gorgeous onsen. Pretty grounds with big trees and walkway. Lovely fountain at entrance, big car park, fridge in room and kimono for use. Shop in lobby, choice of great food, Attentive smiling staff, big lobby. Free toiletries in nice bathroom with bath.

The room was very comfortable for 2 people. The hotel is beautiful and quite convenient with a bus stop a short walk from the entrance. A wonderful stay for a slightly splurge.

First night experiencing the bath in Japan, facilities were really nice c, Staff were super nice. Room is nice and clean. Highly recommended!!!’

If you looking for a hotel to stay a night nearby Narita airport , you may consider this hotel because affordable price. The location a bit outskirt so hotel provide shuttle bus to airport, Aeon mall and also Narita JR station. Hotel room AC a bit low, so hv to open window to let the air in during autumn or winter.

Hotel is situated at a very assessable location, at the cross roads of JR and 2 more lines. There is plenty of food and shopping around and even some.small sightseeing places in the hotel itself like the aquarium. However, room was very little, the toilet even ser. However for this price and location it's really value for money.

This is a beautiful hotel set in a nice, quiet location, with all the amenities close by for a relaxed stay in Tokyo. It's a clean tidy comfortable hotel (4/5 star rating). The luxurious rooms come with en suite bathrooms, toiletries, A/C, heating, flat screen TV, tea/coffee facility, daily room service and so on. There is also complimentary coffee/tea available all day in the lounge area on the ground floor. Kasai subway station is only a minute's walk from the hotel to visit attractions/places of interest in Tokyo. Bus station is also located within walking distance (just near KFC) for travelling to Narita & Haneda international airports. Restaurants, fast food outlets like kfc/McDonald, convenience stores etc are all located nearby. The Buffet style breakfast provided (with a very limited selection) could have been a bit better though. Especially on the day of our departure at 06:30 am in the morning, the restaurant was serving breakfast but it wasn't buffet style, instead Japanese Obento box meal was served with Rice, Veggies, piece of Fish etc which was obviously also cold. (That would have been okay for lunch perhaps!) Most overseas guests, including us gave it a miss. The Restaurant is also quite small in capacity and guests are permitted in batches of about 25 people at a time, to sit down for breakfast. So if you are late, you have to join the queue and wait patiently or give it a miss if you are in a hurry to depart somewhere. As such, on this issue, there is certainly room for improvement for the hotel. But apart from this, Ilfiore is a beautiful, comfortable hotel in Tokyo as mentioned. The staff are also very polite, courteous & helpful. Il fiore means -- the Flower! Well, we were fortunate to witness some the Cherry Blossom during our stay in Japan! Clean n new. 5-8min from 3 different stations. However, felt a bit far due to nothing much to see around and shops closed by 8pm. Staffs could speak well English. Cafe at second floor with water filter. Info was not clear in whole Japan, I walked to nearest pier but cruise not available at that pier at that season!!

The hotel was very big have multiple towers for guests to stay in. The location was also very convenient and very close to the train station. One improvement point is the staff at lobby was not too polite. While the housekeeping staff were quite nice and also greet all the guests that pass by their cart. The room was okay but old so have a bad smell and things were torn out due to the age.
