It was my first time to stay at the Hilton Conrad. I didn’t expect that the service and quality were better than those at the Ritz-Carlton and Peninsula. I even liked it better. However, it would be nicer if they provide complimentary bottles water in the rom for the guests. As for service, the Staffs are polite.

前から気になっていた東京駅八重洲口至近のサービスアパートメント、この類いはアスコット丸の内を何度か利用しており、何となく心構えはできていた。 ・入口からセキュリティは厳重。自動ドアを開けるのもまずモニターに予約者名を伝える必要がある。 ・フロント横にラウンジあり。開放感のあるセンスのよいスペース。コーヒー類は自由に飲めるらしい。 ・バスタブがなくシャワーのみの部屋もあるようで、バスタブ有りで選んだらデラックススイートがそうらしく、入ったらすぐにコンパクトなキッチンとリビングルーム、奥が角部屋になっていてそこがベッドルーム、広いガラス張りの向こうに大丸が入っているグラントウキョウと東京駅八重洲口広場が見える 。この２つの部屋の間にバスルームと洗面、トイレと洗濯機、なんとビューバスになっていた。 ・リビングは広くはないが落ち受ける空間。Wi-Fiが弱いようで通信が時々途切れた。ベッドルームはカーテンを開け放すと大丸から覗かれそう。 ・パジャマは備え付けはないみたい、注文すると持ってきてもらえる。 ・高層階を希望したのだが真ん中より下の階だった。居住者もいるためか、或いは初利用だったからかはわからない。 この手の「ホテルではないがそれっぽい空間」だと承知していれば十分満足できる設え。フロントスタッフの皆さんも丁寧な対応だった。
