Overall the stay was good, breakfast was good. Room we chose is spacious enough for us to fit 3 big luggages and pack. Location is near Inaricho station or 10 min walk to Ueno station. What I don’t like about the hotel is the entrance and lobby are all staircase, I think this should be fixed in due time for a hotel to have a ramp for luggages easy access than have everyone carry them up and down 2 flight of steps.

The location is great, in walking distance from Ueno Station and Inaricho Station. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Good value for the price. We chose the bigger room with bigger bed, but still a bit hard to fit 2 big suitcase. There is a mini pantry area in the room

This hotel is close to akihabara station and iwamotocho station. It is almost a 10~15min walk which can be a bit far if you have luggage. But since we can access two train stations it was easy to travel to other major cities. There are also many restaurants in the area. However, the room might be a bit small if you need to open many luggages. And not much sunlight comes in so the room may be a bit dark. The employee at the front desk was very helpful.

My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was our favorite place that we stayed during our 3 week trip to Japan. It has some of the largest rooms at a very reasonable mid-range price for Tokyo and it really feels like a four-star hotel. The rooms are still small, but they're definitely more spacious than you're going to find anywhere else at this price range. We really liked the buffet breakfast that was served in the restaurant downstairs every morning. The room is very clean and the shower is a separate room from the toilet and sink area, and the toilet fan works very well. The shower was high enough for my 195 cm partner to be able to shower without crouching, not that small, and had high water pressure and hot water. The hotel staff were very helpful with any questions, the gym had to be reserved for an hour block to be used and only allowed one person at a time, despite being just a block in from the busy Asakusa area, it was very quiet there. One thing that was strange to us was the many, many girls dressed in maid outfits standing on the main street (not outside the hotel) mostly in the evening. It took a while but we finally learned that they are advertising maid cafes or similar style cafes. None of the outfits are particularly provocative and the girls never tried to hand us a flyer since we always walked together, but if you will be male and walking around alone you can expect them to try to hand flyers to the cafes to you, but it's not that bothersome at all. The Asakusa area is known for it's technology and gaming stores, so expect to see a lot of those around. The subway stations are very close by and easy to get to, and the area is extremely safe. Both there and on the rest of our trip we never felt in danger at any point.
We both have dietary restrictions that make eating in Japan challenging or extremely limiting at best, and the breakfast had plenty of options that allowed us to fill up and make it until dinnertime before needing another full meal. I am gluten-free, and while some of the rotating breakfast items had gluten, a lot of them didn't. There were eggs and bacon every morning which are an easy win for me, and the different foods are labelled with the broadest allergens (wheat, dairy, egg, etc.) but aren't specific with the ingredients beyond that, such as corn.

Really nice and clean hotel, it’s what you pay for I guess. They had a free drinks service (a coffee machine and a fizzy drink dispenser). They had disposable amenities at the reception and you could help yourself!
The room itself was small but that’s typical of hotels in Tokyo. The housekeeping was amazing and everything was cleaned really well.
The room had a small ‘desk’ but it barely fit my laptop. A kettle is provided just make sure you have your own water (can get water from the same place as drinks downstairs).
The walk to the station isn’t too bad but not very close. I’d also say the area is more business/corporate orientated, incredibly safe though! Lots of CVS stores nearby.
Really friendly and helpful staff at the hotel!
Overall good experience for a solo traveller. I was in the double room alone and I was a bit tight on space so maybe 2+ people might struggle a bit.

Great apartment hotel with small balcony, kitchenette, bath and shower room.
The king bed is two doubles pushed together, but this is fine as the mattresses are comfortable and join together well.
Location is great as it is close to the Azabu-juban station and also close to several pretty good restaurants.

My recent stay at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi was a wonderful experience, meriting a solid 4/5 overall. The hotel's prime location near Tamachi Station offers easy access to Tokyo's business districts and tourist attractions, making it a convenient choice for both work and leisure. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The service was commendable, with staff members being both attentive and courteous, ensuring that all needs were promptly met. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, super friendly with recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a reliable and enjoyable stay in the city.

GGuest UserI am a book lover myself, and came to stay here for 2 nights in March a week before Easter, mainly for the library theme and book selection. The hotel itself, the book lounge, and the book libraries on each floor was all very very good. However, upon my checking in, it was obvious that the male receptionist on the left pay more attention to Caucasian guests rather than me (an Asian solo female traveller). I had the impression they just wanted to get rid of me asap, and then served the Caucasian guests behind me.
During the whole of my check in process, no one mentioned anything about the special libraries on each floor, no one told me about the free beverages offered “at the far end corner for the reception desk”, and definitely no one mentioned anything about he QRcode library tour!!! I stayed for two nights and it was only after the first night (when I read the books inside my room that I knew of ANY of the services I mentioned above). Of course one may say I could read all those on the signage’s provided in the property. But then…
Upon walking into the reception desk the next day, I did hear the same male receptionist explained in great detail (everything I mentioned above)in English to other Caucasian guests.
I like the library premise of the property, the books selections were great, exhibition on the first floor was quite nice, however, I am not sure if I would stay for a second time, knowing how they treated solo female Asian guest whom they assumed was not civilised enough (that was my impression) to deserve a thorough introduction about this lovely bookish hotel from them. Quite disappointed to be frank, especially knowing how much history this hotel has included!!
GGuest UserThe hotel is just opposite to the department store Takashiyama. Very convenient to take JR or limousine bus to airport or to outlets. But be careful there is no covered path or you will get wet if it is raining
GGuest UserExcellent hotel and special mention to Justyna
Location: Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku and one minute walk to Shinjuku station exit 4, and less than five minutes to other exits.
Room: Extremely clean, modern, spacious, fantastic housekeeping.
Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, hot/cold water dispenser.
Service: Top notch hospitality from staff who are very friendly and courteous – special mention to Justyna who was extremely helpful with my queries days leading up to my check-in, as well as throughout my 7-night stay, and she always ensures that my requests are fulfilled promptly. Thank you Justyna and team!
GGuest UserI would definitely return to this hotel again. The staff was very attentive and the location is fantastic. The room we had stayed in was newly renovated and the interior design was very user friendly. The breakfast at the premier lounge was amazing.
GGuest UserLocation is very good next to Nakamise street and not far from Sensoji temple and Dongky , clean and neat new hotel & room, toilet is superior other hotel recent to stay here when I visit Tokyo next time
AAnonymous UserI arrived early morning hence was only able to leave my luggage at the reception. Check in was at 2pm and the hotel was nice to accept my request prior to booking for a room on the ladies floor for security reasons and I am also a solo traveller. Amenities like toothbrush, comb and tea packets are provided at the reception too. My only wish is that I hope in future the Hotel can provide at least an international or English movie channel for foreign guests.
AAnonymous UserVery clean, spacious, the biggest room I got so far for single occupancy, able to open my suitcase n still got space to walk around comfortably. Very convenient just 7 mins walk to/from Ueno station or 4 mins to/from Okachimachi station. Kensei Skyliner to Narita airport just short walk from Ueno station. Good for last min shopping at Ameyoko Street (Uniqlo/GU, supermarket, Daiso, Donki, etc). Delicious & affordable Chirashi Don Sushi bowl (must have). They also catered free half portion ramen at night, yakult & ice sticks after Onsen (manga at the entertainment room). Definitely will stay again.
AAnonymous UserAbout 7 mins walk from the Ikebukuro station. Will walk through an entertainment area from train station to hotel, so it might feel a bit uneasy for girls at night. The public bath is a bit small and cannot accommodate many people at the same time. An average score given the price.
AAnonymous UserBest hotel ever! very conveniently located. Step out of the hotel and higashi-ginza station is right infront of your eyes and you can walk to ginza station via underground passage. Hotel provides free coffee/tea (6am-11pm) and alcohol(night) everyday. Room was very clean but small like any another hotel in tokyo but i really dont see a problem there since we are only there to sleep and out the whole day. can open 1 LARGE luggage in full.
Ooki explorerThis is a good location especially if you’re going to Disneyland. There are 3 train stations around the hotel within 5min walk. Its very convenient and spacious. Would stay there again. It is also close to Haneda airport. I don’t like to stay in the metropolitan area so this is a perfect location for us. They have lockers for early arrivals and also has a McDonalds attach to the hotel with convenient store. We also got a good view!!!
