From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

The rooms are divided into Building A and Building B. The business room in Building B is larger and the toilet is larger. The service was good, and the children were given a breakfast. Parking is also convenient, with an underground garage.

The room is in the rice warehouse. Wucun is indeed a big village. Now places like rice warehouse and wine alley that don't look like residences have been transformed into rooms. The rice warehouse accommodation has two floors. I was on the first floor. The advantage is that there is a small courtyard where I can sit and drink tea and overlook the field scenery. It should be considered very leisurely. , of course you can also imagine summer bugs. The room is actually not big, but a bit narrow. It may have been renovated from an old house, so the sound insulation is average, and you can feel the movement upstairs. The door lock also has a very old key. Staying in winter, there is heating, which is very considerate. The TV cannot be cast, but there are many channels. The Xizha accommodation has uniform toiletries, nightgowns, and children's toothbrushes. There are two accommodations in Wucun, and one is a rice house. I feel that the rice house is more modern overall, while Wucun Hotel is more original. The breakfasts of both hotels are at Qiangwei Restaurant (can’t remember the specific name), which is actually not far away. The breakfast seems quite rich, but I feel like there are not many options. Everyone is eating tofu curd, spicy soup and so on spontaneously. Maybe there is nothing else to eat. There are plenty of Western salads, children's meals, and various pastries. For dinner, I ate at the Educated Youth Restaurant in Wucun. My mother thought it was quite unpalatable. Although it was very rich, it had no flavor or distinctiveness. Went during the Spring Festival and it seemed like they only had set menus. I heard from people who bought the all-inclusive package that there were very few food options, so I didn’t want to eat any more the next day. There are actually good restaurants in Xizha, so it is better to consider going to Xizha or going out to the scenic spots to eat (the price/performance ratio is still too low). Another thing about Wucun and Xizha that is suitable for the elderly and children is that there are many browsing cars in the scenic area, but the queues can be quite uncomfortable when there are many people or during peak periods. Especially different buses (for example, some buses only run within Wucun, and some Xizha buses do not go to Wucun) and different stops, it is easy for tourists to get confused. Fortunately, the service is very good, and there are people in each hotel to help coordinate the transportation issues.

Wuzhen Tong'an Inn is located in Wuzhen West Scenaric Area. Very convenient location. Decoration theme of the lobby made me felt like I stayed in the ancient house. Facility in room is very good. There is no elevator but hotel staffs helps carried my luggage to my room. Staffs were nice with good service mind but none of them can speak English and I have to use Baidu and Google Translation to talk with them. There are various food for breakfast and the taste is very OK.

The room facilities are too old, and the musty smell from the elevator corridor hits your face. Checking in was a bit frustrating, the first room smelled of cigarette smoke, and there were used towels thrown on the TV cabinet. I called the front desk and asked to change rooms. The front desk was very polite and upgraded the room type for free. The air conditioner is really terrible, the cold wind is very strong, and it blows and stops for a while, and it feels a bit hot, so it starts blowing very cold wind again, and the baby caught a cold in one night. Now I am still stuck in Tongxiang because my baby has colds and fevers repeatedly. Also, let’s talk about breakfast. There are few categories, especially the tall guy wearing a chef’s hat who cooks wontons and noodles. He has a very bad attitude. The first time I asked him for a bowl of wontons and noodles, he didn’t respond at all. He didn’t even know. Did you hear it? He said it again and he rolled his eyes. When he went to ask for the second bowl, he was leaning on the counter playing with his mobile phone. He asked for a bowl of wonton stew. He muttered and cursed and reluctantly put down the phone and started cooking wonton stew. The experience was terrible. Eating breakfast felt like begging for food. I regret that I chose the old brand New Century in the first place. I am not happy.

I upgraded to an executive room and I really like this room type. The bathroom, bedroom, workbench and wardrobe areas are separated just right so that they don't interfere with each other. Although the room is a little noisy because it's next to the road, I slept well because of the good bedding. The toiletries are all citrus-scented and the bathtub smells great. Bubbles are also very good

Nice little quaint hotel that had great value for the money. Super clean. The pool is smaller but clean enough for the family including a two year old however it was over her head. They had a little boat to put her in but a few clothes there would be nice. The toilet was great (weird to write that but must be stated) and the shower was great. Small rooms but if you want a bed and comfort then this was great. I booked the place based on a foreigner review of the place and I concur it has great value for the money. Close to both gates and I recommend it for a couple of nights especially if you are out all day and coming back to the place. Book it and see if you like it and then book again! When we were there isn’t was peaceful albeit the birds at night, but that’s not the hotels fault, that’s nature.
