Hotels near Piazzetta San Parisio in Treviso

I have just returned home from my holiday in Italy. This hotel was was one of my stops and I like to share my experience. All of the staff at this Crowne Plaza were incredible and helpful. Without doubt one of friendliest staff! Upon arrival a female receptionist welcomed us friendly in good understandable englisch: She answered our questions, gives us a city map and explained us the facilities. The Restaurant manager and his team were extremely friendly and very flexible (appreciated this!). The waiters were so kind and were fulfilling all extra requests. At the end, and upon Checkout, I was pleased to meet the General Manager. I appreciated her way to provide a good leadership and how is she supporting the guest service department. Note, this is not a 4 stars hotel. I would like to add the 5th star because of the good staff. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect for you because you did a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Already planning my next visit to the hotel! In Love!

The hotel is really nice. The staff was Very friendly. I booked the hotel last moment to go to Venice. The public transport is more convenient. The hotel was also affordable.

This hotel has many problems. No special welcome as HHONORS Diamond Member. Don't take a shower in this hotel! The shower in the bathroom of our room was wrongly installed resulting in water flooding in our room and myself nearly been locked in the shower due to the shower door not moving properly. The toilet was not flushing properly either (resulting in a lot of noise). The reception seemed well aware of this problem which seems to exist since a long time (see other tripadvisor reviews). It is therefore utterly shocking that the Hotel checks in Diamond Elite members into a hotel room with a dysfunctional bathroom. We did get zero compensation for having been sold a room not in line with Hilton Standards (after complaining they brought some extra towels to put on the wet floor). The extra bed for our daughter had only a very tin matrass. The reception staff told us that they had not other extra beds. After lengthy discussions and complaining, a guy came to our room who was more helpful than the reception staff and found a normal matrass/roll away bed for our daugther (so clearly the reception staff had been lying to us about no other extra beds being available...). Some of the the common areas of the hotel are also in need for cleaning and have small dysfunctionalities like sockets wrongly (sideway) installed (see picture!) which is not acceptable for a Hilton hotel. The breakfast was good but it could not compensate for the substandard room we did receive which was clearly not in line with Hilton Standards and not a way to treat Diamond Elite Members. The least the hotel could do is to provide us a compensation for the substandard room they sold us (which they have refused so far)

Great beautiful little hotel on the outskirts of Venice nice town to walk to and eat at local restaurants rooms clean and pool and grounds very clean friendly helpful staff. Free shuttle service to the train station was so so helpful even when we got stuck at a station coming home from Venice our train was cancelled and they still collected us. Ideal base to get to Venice easy 25 min train ride away. Highly recommend

The room I booked can actually accommodate four people. His double room on the 5th floor is a duplex building, with two small beds in the downstairs hall, and the hotel includes breakfast. Even if breakfast is not included when placing the order, the hotel will Give breakfast, I don’t know why?

The hotel is really good. The check-in experience with Eleonora was very simple and she was very professional and helpful. Even though the room was not ready upon arrival, Eleonora had them finish it within 15 minutes of checking in. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. Very satisfied with the visit.

This price, such a hotel is very rare. The room is large, the facilities are perfect and very comfortable. The traffic is great relative to the airport, the hotel will help to pay the car, go to the airport later, pay 20 euros by yourself.

We stayed here in an emergency situation after our flight was delayed for a day. They were able to accommodate 10 of us in four rooms easily. We arrived far earlier than check in but this did not phase them. Nothing was too much trouble, from the receptionist sorting us a complimentary drink each and finding a room for our suitcases, to the lifeguard getting us towels sorted for the pool and the bar staff getting us a football for our Grandson to play football with. Lunch was excellent value for money, high quality snacks and large portion sizes. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Lots of little extras included slippers, dressing gowns, biscuits, shaving kits and toothbrush sets as well as traditional toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We could not fault anything about our visit.

The hotel is simple and clean, but the true strength is the bistrot. I was traveling for work and here perhaps for the first time I felt like home, always welcomed with a smile, with a gentle word and a lot of shortnesses. I really congratulate the girls who manage it because, in addition to always offering fresh products, the real difference makes them. Continue! Brave!
