A beautiful hotel that loses the level of service and makes no sense just loses customers!!! First of all after registration and payment, already at the elevator I indicated that the room is more expensive.. ))) Second, all guest parking is busy not even tourist, parking spaces are not available, security for the car in another place of the hotel goes rugging, on the underground parking is not allowed.. In the third in the room everything that is dependent is given only after the call (bathrooms, hygiene, brush..) The price for six months has increased significantly the circumstances of the outside is clear, but why the level of service has fallen???

The only plus of the hotel is its location, starting with the administrator to the resepshne something went wrong or it was in order of things that is very upset( 1. Disinformed about the conveniences of room 2. Grey and old wool and towels, soft mattress 3. No dressing, brought on demand. Old, chewable belt. 4. Shoulder and shampoo in sasha, 1 pcs. I had a very unpleasant incident with the Head of Customer service Mr. Ilgiz. I have got a call at 10 am in the morning and was told to immediately leave the room. The explanation was very inaudible saying something like: we have to clean your suite as will need to show your room to some visitors coming at 12.00. I have a feeling that the guy had difficulties speaking Russian or English as he failed to explain details and kept urging me to leave the room immediately. In return I was offered to ”immediately move to De-Lux suite” that made absolutely no sense taking into account that I was to check out in couple of hours. A terrible service example for Crowne Plaza brand. I am an IHG Platinum member and stayed in numerous Crowne Plazas worldwide, so it's the first example how a good location and cleanliness of the Hotel can be easily ruined by a single wrong person on the stuff.

Excellent quiet place. Old part of the city, convenient to leave to the airport. Nearby embankment and walk zones. To the shop if it needs 5-7 minutes walk. There is a sauna visited as well, but it does not create inconvenience. Food is possible both on the restaurant menu and on the Swedish table menu. Good day! The other day I stayed in this hotel and was unpleasantly surprised. Unfortunately the pluses I can't remember. Only breakfast is 3+. Of the downsides: 1. Very small rooms. 2. A terrible little shower cabin, I 'm a man not big 160cm and not thick felt like in a canned bank, very much it didn 't like. 3. The bathroom did not have heating (as in the meat department of the supermarket) on request for something to do today, the next day left the application as a result of the whole life of the disease did not win. The temperature on the street was -30. 4. The most striking was that every time they put an open tooth set in which there was no toothpaste (even the opinion that I had the same brush from the garbage back and put it suspiciously the same was from the toothbrush). 5. The whole floor in some spots is scary and fantastic what is for spots, different colors. 6. No teapot, no tea or coffee in the room. Yes there is, just an empty glass. 7. The view from the window is terrible, better not look, well maybe I'm so lucky. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, look for such money options better. In Ufa they are definitely there.
